I took Strength Protocol with Coaches Neil and Chris. The instruction, motivation, and results far exceeded my expectations (which were high already based on recommendations). We learned the technique for snatch and clean and jerk (which are difficult to learn, but the challenge is part of the appeal). We had some special appearance instructors, both of which were olympic weightlifting athletes. This program was designed to increase strength dramatically, which it did. It also snaps your perspective on life priorities back on track, increases your mood, and provides an overall feeling of confidence that comes with physical strength. I highly recommend taking any strength training classes/programs at Endorphin Stanley.
