I can't recommend Orange Theory enough! All ages and fitness levels can get something out of these workouts. You don't have to think about "what should I do today." You just show up, follow the directions, sweat a bit, go home and BAM you burned 600 calories. I run, yoga, spin, lift... but this is my go to workout when I just am not feeling a workout or a run. The other side affect to this workout is that you really get to know your body because it uses a heart rate monitor. You get to know what is normal for you the in the way your heart speeds up or slows down based on your level of effort in an activity. This actually helped me figure out I had a MAJOR health issue. So like I said. "Just Do It" You will not regret the money you spend here (unless you no show all the time).
