The Axistence coaches are great. They quickly learn your fitness goals, and work with you to achieve them. This is as close as you can get to personal training, without paying the higher price. The entire Axistence community is very supportive.
Great place, glad I found out about it. Trainers are great and knowledgeable. Friendly, fun, and low key atmosphere but serious about their mission of training for life long adventures while meeting your personal goals. Different workout daily/weekly. Only been going for two months and love it! It's something I look forward to and dread sometimes (in a good way). Challenged consistently so I'm looking forward to the continued gains I will make as I pursue this journey.
it's not your regular gym or box it's a friendly positive community and they do a lot of outdoorsy events, much respect to the staff and the members they all Rock ... if you like Adventure and want to get in shape this is the right place for you :)
I really like this place the coaches will work with you and help you regardless of your physical fitness level, I wasn't in shape at all when I went there within few months I built up so much strength and stamina thanks to this place and these Awesome coaches and supporting gym members
Love this gym. Free easy to use lockers, clean everything, plenty of equipment, friendly staff.
I joined this gym about a month ago and have LOVED it so far. The trainers are great and very personable. The unique thing about this gym is they train you to be active and able in the outdoors. They do nearly weekly outdoor activities that you can participate in.
Denver's top 5 CrossFit gym!

Axistence Athletics is a great gym with a fantastic community of people that are living an active existence. Small group training gives you the benefits of a personal trainer at a fraction of the cost. Dan, Ryan and Garret are knowledgeable and experienced coaches that put a lot of thought and effort into designing a training program that will help you in whatever activities you enjoy outside the gym. Skiing, hiking, climbing, running, walking, yard work, playing with the kids, power shopping, whatever it is you like to do, you'll enjoy it more after training here.

The best gym community in Denver. They will help to prepare you to live an active life outside the gym. The trainers are top notch and really focus on the quality of your workout.

Very welcoming, kind trainers and community! The coaches really make sure you have an understanding of the equipment and gym safety before anything else. Very inspiring and motivational environment

A gym built on support and family. Workouts emphasize motion and the core (at times, like yoga on steroids). Instructors constantly check on proper form to prevent injuries, yet know how hard to push you to improve. Crossfit is scalable (others lift more weight than I do, yet I do the same reps) and they help set your safe limits (or even substitute activities). I love their outdoor group activities and how they set up their programs for seasonal sports.
I had a great time today at the Fire By Friction class hosted by Andrew. He was a great teacher - very thorough, patient, and kind! It was really cool getting to learn not just the basic technique, but really a little slice of everything from start to finish. We covered some of the types of wood that are most suitable, where to find it, how to make the tools, etc. Really, this class could easily be an entire 8 hour day, but he did a good job packing the principle knowledge into a 4 hour class. It went by quickly because I was having a lot of fun. Looking forward to some of the other classes this spring and summer!
Best gym ever!
When I first started I didn't know anything about working out but after a lot of patience from Dan and Ryan I feel like I have learned so much and so far have seen awesome results! I can't wait to see what else I can achieve with their help in the next year!
If you are looking for a fun place to workout, learn, and see results look no further!!
Extremely well-staffed facility with coaches that have a wide range of skills including Move Nat, CrossFit, Ultra marathoning, obstacle racing and nutrition. As an individual with a physical handicap, I also feel very comfortable with the skills and attention given by the coaches.
Ryan is known for getting his clients and members serious results. He likes to use barbells, kettlebells, rope climbs, kegs, sandbags, rowing, and all kinds of crazy equipment. All of his members and clients have a ton of fun too! Plus he's one of the nicest guys I've ever met :-)
