One of the best fitness classes I have ever gone to. My first time doing Barre or rebound, but was not too hard or intimidating at all. ALL of the fitness instructors are wonderful and amazing at working with all levels/modifications. I can't say enough about this gem in Denver!!! BTW classes are small and not at all like big box chain fitness gym classes.

I love this place!! No matter what how tired my mood is...i instantly get energized once I walk in. Instructors are fun and keep it challenging. Must try if anyone is looking to find a good workout!!

My wife is a member of this gym and she took me to a class, I felt Comfortable and it kicked my ass! Not to mention my wife's ass looks great!

Barre Forte is the BEST! I gave up on fitness for years and finally worked up the courage and tried Barre Forte once and was immediately hooked! I am not particularly coordinated so I was worried I wouldn't be able to keep up but the instructors are incredible and so helpful that it was no issue. So even though they constantly switch up the choreography (which is super awesome--never boring) you never have to worry about being left in the dust. The focus will always be on form and making sure you are protecting yourself and doing the best thing for you & your body. Aside from all the awesome class formats they offer, and the awesome instructors, the studios themselves are all super chic. Check them out I guarantee you will not disappointed!

This studio is perfect for all ages, abilities, and body types. Seriously, all of them. You can make excuses and be like "I am a centaur, and I have four bad knees.. they cannot possibly accommodate me"... but whatever, they've still got you and they will kick your butt in the best way.

I could wax poetic on my own experience, but that is boring- so here are the bullet points.

-Clean facility and equipment
-Friendly staff- no one is catty or judgmental and there are no instructors I don't like
-Easy parking
-Convenient class times
-Great class selection
-Modifications are always offered, whether you need extra help or more of a challenge
-Fun, effective workouts that are varied enough to prevent boredom or burnout

Not exaggerating to say that working out at Barre Forte for the last six months has been transformational for me, and that I would recommend it to anyone who wants to look better, feel better, or any combination thereof.

I am 50+ and as you know your body changes. My workouts are amazing at Body Barre. I feel younger/fit after each work out. The staff is very caring. If you truly want results Body Barre is the place!

I took my first body barre class last week and really enjoyed it! Having been a dancer in a previous life, I have been wanting to try out this new type of workout for a while now. While I am not in the shape I once was, my body appreciated the familiarity of the moves and I definitely left feeling like I had a great workout! I really enjoyed how we flowed from one exercise to the next at a manageable pace, and also appreciated the attentiveness of the instructor to the needs of everyone in the class. I wasn't once intimidated and actually enjoyed the workout! I really look forward to my next class!

I attended the body barre's Barre Fusion class last week for the first time. The class was fast-paced, and kept my heart rate up. I really enjoyed how yoga moves were incorporated into the barre workout. For someone who struggles with flexibility, I could immediately tell this helped to open me up. The instructor, Laura, was challenging but supportive. She corrected my form without making a show of it, and pushed me to complete each exercise even when I thought I couldn't. I plan to incorporate this into my regular workout routine, and think it would be fun for anyone who likes yoga but is looking for something with a little more energy.
