After suffering a scooter accident, I turned to Jason Stone at Icelandic Fitness. He has a state of the art hyperbaric chamber that really helped speed up the healing process. My face was cut and bruised, so were my hands and ear, and I thought it would be at least a month before the wounds were healed. Boy, was I wrong! After only four sessions in his chamber, my wounds healed faster than I could have imagined. For anyone who is recovering from surgery, or simply wants to minimize the healing time and bruising, I recommend visiting Jason at Icelandic Fitness. Not only is it an awesome gym, but a place to get that extra health boost of oxygen in a great environment!

If you are looking for a super professional, knowledgable, creative, attentive and dedicated personal trainer to help you achieve your fitness goals - Jason is your person. I experienced Jason as a professional who will go above and beyond making the training program that works for your needs. I needed flexible schedule - he was able to successfully accommodate it. I needed a program to work on while i was traveling - he created easy to use workouts for me. My son needed recovery after his tennis tournaments - Jason was available to support my son's fast and high quality recovery. I highly recommend Jason as a personal trainer and recovery specialist. He really digs in deep into the detail and specific of your individualized personal training.

Jason is a wonderful trainer who is extremely knowledgeable and has a ton of experience with optimizing sports performance. He is able to help me with my specific sport. He is so nice, easy to work with and always has a smile. Jason knows about physiology and how the body works. He can give advice relative to injury prevention and recovery, while also is well educated in nutrition. I would recommend Jason to anyone.

About 4 years ago I tore a couple ligaments in my ankle. I went a long time undiagnosed and ended up with myriad of imbalances, dysfunction and pain. Eventually I had surgery and subsequently worked with a PT and Jason before returning to sport.

Jason provided me with a base level of athletic training that I feel like I had somehow missed for years. He understands injury extremely well and can help integrate your specific limitations into his routine and eventually push you past them. He's certified in MAT and knows other kinds of body work and incorporates table work into the process. I'm now a stronger, more mobile and better athlete than I ever was before my injury and I couldn't have achieved this level of success without his help. He even gave my girlfriend (a professional dancer) a few sessions on the table free of charge!

His sessions are short, efficient and never disappointing. Highly recommended.

Jason is great! I've worked out all my life, but never had the results I've seen since I started working out with him. Very efficient and effective use of time- sessions are 30 to 45 minutes, one on one. The only thing- be prepared to go shopping for clothes in a smaller size.

I'm not sure where to begin. I started going to Jason about 10 months ago. I have trained with other personal trainers in the past, and nobody comes close to what I have experienced with Jason at Icelandic Fitness. Jason has changed my life. His customized workouts, activation exercises and nutritional guidance have transformed my body and life. Jason is extremely knowledgeable and shares that with his clients. He listens to what you want to achieve and customizes the training program just for you and your goals. He mixes workouts up so it never gets boring and you are always challenging yourself in new ways. I am grateful that I found Jason and couldn't be happier. He is the best around and I would recommend him to anyone regardless of fitness level.

Jason was recommended to me when my previous trainer moved out of state. I'm pretty picky. I don't want to do a "set" and then rest, and then do another "set" of the same exercise and rest again. I want an efficient and effective total-body workout that I can knock out in a 30 minute session. I said this to Jason the first time I met him. And over two years later, I consider myself lucky to have found him.

He offers that perfect balance of challenging exercises and gentle encouragement that is unique and tough to find in a personal trainer. He provides creative exercises that work multiple muscle groups at once in a quick circuit. It is highly efficient and never redundant.

Whatever your fitness goals are - improving your golfing, cycling, skiing, running, or just being a healthier you - he's the best.

Jason is one of the most genuine people I know. As other reviewers have mentioned, he works with you without a hint of judgement or disappointment that you haven't fully succeeded yet. He understands that everything is a journey and he's there to assist you in any way he can.

He's one of my favorite people, too, and I am grateful to have him in my support network. I highly recommend him.
