It's cozy and small and welcoming. I've tried a few yoga places in Denver and felt so out of place (and out of shape! and not cute enough!). I appreciate the balance at Elevate. I do wish it was slightly more affordable.
Love this studio. I'll follow Nikki Cline anywhere. I think it's amazing they offer the adaptive yoga classes.
The sound bath was a phenomenal experience. Stacy really picked a great duo for this. The variety of programs outside of normal class are very valuable and keep me coming back for more.

Elevate is a nourishing place. There are varied class levels and the teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. The owner, Stacy, constantly looks for ways to improve your experience and is always open to suggestions. I am grateful to be part of this community!

Elevate Yoga is such a nice and relaxing yet invigorating place! I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and recently have been taking classes with Courtney Reese who is one of the best yoga teachers I have found yet! Her ability to guide me through and maintain yoga poses as well as consciously remain aware of my breath and surroundings is unparalleled. She has allowed me to grow my yoga practice more than ever.
