I just started going a month ago and I am already feeling so much stronger. The owner and instructors are all very friendly, and the classes are super fun and not intimidating, but pack a punch! There are all types/ages/sizes of people at the classes and it feels really inclusive. I work nights and the only thing that can get me up in the mornings on my days off is Jazzercise!
