I love the Bar Method! I have been going for years, and it doesn't get boring - or easier! The staff members are so kind and friendly and the workout is awesome - couldn't ask for more!

I found The Bar Method in 2011- I had just turned 30 and was half-way through my doctoral program. My 20's were full of fad diets, glamorous workouts, and no matter how hard I worked, how many calories I burned, or how little I ate, my weight always fluctuated between 125 (my BEST) and 154 (my heaviest). Hello Bar Method! It's been 9 years and I have NEVER been stronger, leaner, more toned, and healthier. From day one/class one- when I trembled out the studio thinking there is no way I could ever do it again, to conquering my 100th, 500th, and now I'm 58 classes away from my 1,000th class. It truly never gets easier, but you just keep getting stronger. The teachers and staff are so inspiring as is the community of individuals that The Bar Method attracts. When my legs cramped from walking during my pregnancy, The Bar Method was there- increasing my stamina, endurance, strength- everything I needed to have a successful pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. I have maintained my weight (114 lbs) for the past 8 years. It hasn't been easy making sure that I attend classes, but the motivation to push myself, interact with my workout family/community, and to feel a sense of strength and accomplishment is incredible. Hands down the BEST WORKOUT EVER!

As a guy I wasn't sure what to expect. I had a lot of preconceived notions of what the workout would be. While the class was mostly female I definitely got a man sized workout and was sore for a couple of days afterwards. Many of the motions are small and subtle, but will work you in a way you haven't been worked before. Give it a try. You will be glad you did.

Bar Method Denver is my favorite place to workout. The studio is so incredibly welcoming and every instructor takes the time to get to know you. The workouts are challenging, but they work with you to find the best options for your body.

I came here for a Barre and Bubbles class, which entailed a 1 hr class followed by champagne. I have been to a few barre classes and they have all been very challenging. I do crossfit, spin, and yoga normally, but barre really fine tunes other muscles.

The studio I was in was roomy. The storage for the weights and mats was visible and clean in design.

Sarah was the instructor and there was another teacher who came in to adjust our posture and stances to ensure that we get the most of our workout. The seemingly minor adjustment sure makes a world of difference in the workouts.

Because this barre studio is super close to my house, I inquired about doing a package of classes since I didn't want to commit to a monthly package. I ended up committing to a 1 month package because it was on super special and if I went just twice, the month would be paid for.

The entire staff including the owner is so welcoming and friendly. Although other barre studios have nice staff, I feel that the staff at The Bar Method really focuses on customer service and takes the time to answer all your questions with care.

I have tried different Barre places before and The Bar Method is truly an amazing workout. My favorite is they make sure you are adjusted to correctly do the workout, even fine little tweaks and you can definitely feel the difference. And they have child care - my kids always have fun there.

The Bar Method is a wonderful little studio nestled among the glitz and glamour of cherry creek. Inside you find down to earth people and great teachers. The corrections are carefully given to help each person align themselves to make sure the exercises are benefiting your body. Laura, the owner, is very knowledgeable and has helped me with a severe diastasis post babies. Emily is one of my favorite early morning teachers with great positive energy. I feel stronger and more fit each time I attend class. This place is gold!

I cannot say enough great things about The Bar Method. Wonderful, friendly instructors, who are willing to push you. Results are awesome and I love the focus on mind, body, soul. Highly recommend.

Wonderful, friendly staff! Excellent low impact exercise to tone and build muscles for a full body workout. I can really tell when I've missed a workout and I try not to. Highly recommend any class at this location! Anna, Emily and Rachel are my favorite instructors!

Bar Method is a great workout. The teachers are all so nice and helpful. I'm not super athletic and feel somewhat self conscious about trying new things, but everyone here is so encouraging that it didn't take long for me to feel comfortable. The studio is a pleasant space and the schedule offers a good variety of options as far as times and types of classes. I've been going over a year now and I feel stronger and more confident.

I joined The Bar Method in Cherry Creek this past December. I started going multiple times a week not only to see how the workouts would help me on my path of getting stronger and better, but also how I would like the classes after a few weeks.

I have now been going 6-7 days a week because I find the classes fun and the instructors funner. I mostly attend 5:45 am classes during the week, a testament to the fact that I have found Bar Method classes fun and rewarding. When I think that I worked out three times a week prior to joining Bar Method, I have come a long way to getting in shape both physically and mentally.

Nothing beats the feeling of wrapping up an hour Bar Method class at 6:45 am. I love it!

The exercises are very targeted and great for sculpting. It would be good for them to tailor the corrections a bit more based on student's preferences. I find it overly irritating to be physically corrected while I am trying to exercise and most often it is so minimal I don't see a difference anyway. Just giving verbal corrections would be more than enough. If there are students who want physical corrections, they can verbalize that.

*Instructors make a point to know your name at the start of your first class- and truly make an effort to get to know you as a person. It's an authentic and friendly community.
*This place gets me to do 50 push up in every class. No matter what else happens that day, that alone lets me feel proud of myself and strong!
*The studio is clean, modern and bright
*I could go on.... this studio is definitely worth a try if you're looking for a challenging, fun, and safe workout.

I first came to the Cherry Creek Bar Method after winning a free year membership for 2017. I had never done any type of barre exercise before so I was brand new and I absolutely loved it. My favorite thing about The Bar Method is how picky they are about your poses. Not everyone likes to be corrected, but I noticed the better position I was in the more effective the work out. All of the staff, current and past, have been completely lovely and welcoming. I still continue to go even though my free year is up because I enjoy the workout so much. I'm still seeing changes and finding new ways to challenge myself. I highly recommend to all ages and abilities!

I first found the Bar Method when looking at gym deals on Groupon. I was very curious, and after reading others reviews I decided to give it a month and see how I felt about it. That was over 4 months ago, and I still love going to Barre. I go at least 3 times a week, and I can feel the differences being made in my body. I am a competitive person by nature, and it's nice being able to just compete with myself, while also knowing that I just need to do my best. I love all the instructors, and really enjoy when they hop into classes as well.

I also enjoy that it is a exercise I can do throughout my pregnancy, and hop back into after giving birth. The instructors are so good about ensuring that everyone is standing in good form, to prevent injury. They also offer up ways to differentiate, if something just doesn't feel quite right. My body feels amazing when I walk out of the studio! I can see and understand why so many people are members for years after getting started.

Really enjoyed the classes I took at this Bar Method studio. All of the instructors were super friendly and were great gentle correctors - loved Laura and her hospitality.

Bar Method is more that a workout, it is a community. I have seen real results while working out here and enjoy going to classes and getting to know other members. The instructors are so helpful and supportive!

This was the first time I've ever joined a group exercise class. I've always been apprehensive but my friends convinced me to give it a try; and I'm incredibly grateful to them. I love it! It was really the instructors here who eased my anxiety. They know everyone's name and they give help when it's needed so no one gets injured and praise/encouragement at just the right time. The workout is intense and really engaging, the hour flies by so quickly and I leave feeling renewed with energy!

The team at the Bar Method are professional, friendly and ensure you are using the correct techniques. They offer a variety of class times throughout the day. This is a nice addition to those of who work more on cardio (biking, running, etc) and don't always target more isolated movements.

The teachers here are amazing! They work with everyone individually to make sure you are in best form to maximize your workout. Everyone is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. I would definitely recommend trying a class.

I have been going to this studio for a few years now and love it! The classes kept me healthy during my first pregnancy, got me back into shape after baby, and are now keeping me healthy again for baby #2. The instructors are great with motivation and modifications and I will keep coming back!

The Bar Method is amazing! The workout is more precise and effective than almost any other bar workout, it's the original, focusing on building long lean muscles, improving posture and flexibility, all while preserving your joints! I am the strongest I have ever been doing the Bar Method (previously done Pilates, Pure Bar, other Bar classes). Best full body workout, hitting all your muscle groups in one hour!!!

I initially found bar method through class pass, but quickly wanted more than 3 classes per month. After almost 2 years and over 150 classes, I can definitely say I feel stronger and more confident in my body than ever! It's the only workout I've ever been able to stick with for more than just a few months and here's why:
1) Bar Method requires your full attention to every body part, the mindfulness of it seems to make the hour fly by
2) Convenient class times & location WITH FREE PARKING
2) Classes continue to be challenging even after months
3) The focus on posture and proper technique helps avoid injury
