This is a new gym, so they don't have everything that we're accustomed to having. I think they're working out the kinks. The GM, Jake Reo will do whatever he can to accommodate new & prospective members. He was amazing in that he ordered the one KB that I really wanted to use. If you want to join a gym in the Cherry Creek area Trufit is the place to join. It's really busy in the morning, but starts to settle down after lunch. My husband and I really respect Jake. He's kind, professional and truly does goes above and beyond to help new members! There's also a young trainer to be (he'll have his fitness certificate soon) who has been incredibly kind to my husband. My husband never wants to impose or ask for assistance, but the trainer to be has gone out of his way to speak to my husband and show him new exercises. Unfortunately, the fitness manager doesn't have the best people skills. He's not friendly or approachable, so we avoid him. Perhaps, he's too busy, aloof, or too something to help new members unless they set up an appointment. My husband asked him for help, but he wasn't willing to help, since he was in the middle of his workout. He didn't even bother to say, "Hey! Sorry, I'm in the middle of a workout can we set up a time to meet." He was rude and dismissive. Not cool. A real turn off in terms of wanting to sign up for fitness packages. Honestly, that's never happened before in any of the gyms we've belonged to. All trainers use it as an opportunity to be welcoming, supportive and of course, to network. There is one female trainer with short hair who is lovely. She is welcoming and professional! Otherwise, this gym is really great and SUPER CLEAN!! Be sure to ask for Jake Reo!
