Wouldn't even give them a 1 if there was a negative number available. At Christmas, my daughter went in and bought me a very generous gift card to use in their spa. They never mentioned anything to her about closing down the club. I would never have known either had I not run in to several Pura Vida spa members trying out a hot yoga class at my club, The Cherry Creek Athletic club. We were chatting after Yoga and they were furious, they were looking for a new club becuase Pura Vida was closing. They also said Pura waited until after the 2019 dues billings were done to tell any of the members. The ladies told me they were closing for good on Apr. 1. As soon as I heard this I called to schedule the massage appt. (This was in early Feb) When I scheduled, I asked when the club was closing, although I had confirmed what the ladies said by looking at the website prior to calling. The receptionist that scheduled my massage confirmed Apr. 1. So today (Mar. 1) I called to schedule the second massage because I had a szeable amount left on the gift card and some guy answered and said in a rude tone, "We're closed for good." I told him I had $115.00 left on the gift certificate and I wanted to know how they would refund my daughter. He said he didn't know and put my through to the manager's voice mail. I left a message. We'll see... I also called the billing manager and left a message on her Voice Mail. It is interesting to note her greeting message is addressing deliquent billings and her intent to collect them!! How ironic. We will see what happens. This all seems very calculated. If they don't make good on this to us and to all the people that I know around Cherry Creek that were alleged victims of this, I say alleged becuase I dk if they have been made whole, they might have, and I am hoping the club will do the same for my daughter and I. If they don't - they can forget about opening any club in RINO because there is so much bad will developing around this, their name will forever be mud.
Beautiful club, I just wish the parking situation was better, but in that location I guess there's not much you can do? Sometimes it would take me a minute to find parking even tho they had designated area it was usually full, which can be frustrating when you're just trying to get a workout in. Other than that...awesome facilities and good teachers, they have pilates, yoga and are set up for a version of aerial yoga. My favorite part was the steamroom/locker rooms!
Really nice club. Great yoga classes and the workout areas and the locker rooms are super clean well kept up. It's pricey but I think worth it for everything that is offered. Staff is great.
My wife and I were members last year. The facility is beautiful and the staff is great. Jake is very friendly and helpful.

Good gym, not too busy; the woman's steam room is literally ALWAYS "under maintenance" and not open so I wouldn't sign up for the steam if that's your amenity of choice

My wife likes working out at a gym and wanted to join so we both joined. It has been no less than great. The facility is always clean and equipment is top of the line and superbly maintained. Another surprise is at how many excellent yoga classes take place each day. Each teacher is different and I've gotten something new from every class I have taken.

We were members of this club for awhile. Unfortunately, we found the clientele a bit unfriendly and the price point absurdly high compared to what we could get at our local, neighborhood gym. I ended up at Orange Theory Wash Park and found both the community and intensity of work out I had been looking for.

Never better innovative and creative luxury services! Anything that you may need to have a fabulous experience, Pura Vida has it, name it and it shall be!

Have had nothing but great experiences throughout the Gym. Myself I love how there are no waits in the weight room, and my significant other loves the classes that are offered - especally the ballet body/barre!
J, the founder, is the friendliest dude in ever!! I had no idea it was J who was always super nice and having conversations with anyone at anytime about no joke whatever its humbling to know I thought he was just a happy friendly guy... who happens to be the founder!
I cannot speak high enough for Keith - he is a very nice gentleman who is and should be the dictionary the definition of customer service - without a need to be either he will go above and beyond for each client - seen it and experienced it first hand - awesome!

Don't ever get a pedicure there! It was the most uncomfortable spa I've ever been in. Two pieces of wood were the "bench" on which you sit on to get a pedicure and the bowl is entirely too big so you cant reach the end. Very unpleasant experience and the garage takes forever!
