Stood there, needed help, asked for help and one employee said she would be right with and went some where else....employees looked at me and walked right pass me without a word. Horrible customer service.

I had a fantastic experience my first time in this store. Angie helped me pick out and try on a sweatshirt I had been eyeing online for a while. She gave me honest feedback and was patient and friendly while I made my decision. She was a huge part of my positive experience here. And I love the hoodie I bought! Great experience all around.

I don't shop at Lulu very often, but the few times I have I have always had a good experience. I am always greeted and every employee I encounter always asks if I'm doing alright and if I have questions or need help. My husband really likes the ABC pants for work, which are great and seem to last forever. They also offer free hemming of his pants if he needs it. My clothes I do have from lulu are comfortable and have lasted me a very long time, so they seem to be worth the price tag. (Sometimes you really do get what you pay for). This most recent visit the store was EXTREMELY busy, but the employees were still polite and attentive, helping with sizing questions and such. The store was pretty darn clean and organized considering how busy they were. Overall this store seems pretty well run, I have no complaints and would shop here again.

I've been a Lululemon customer from the Cherry Creek North location to the mall and I have always received attention, smiles, and helpfulness. It is a different feel at the mall, but my overall experience was very pleasant!

Went in and was rushed. The sales associate was condescending and rude, then she left the security tab on my jacket. I now have to make time to go back in and fix it. I realize it was busy in there but that's pretty basic...

Greeted and helped by a very nice and knowledgeable guy then checked out by the most rude sales associate imaginable. She couldn't have been more unpleasant.

I was blown away by the customer service in this store. I'm not their typical customer--being a Baby Boomer that basically just buys these pants because I work from home all day and they are comfortable, look great and last forever.

Recently shopped there on a busy Sunday afternoon and all of these young folks were super pleasant and helpful--even showing up with a cup of water in hand when I got a tickle in my throat. Whoever trains the staff should be proud!!

They didn't have enough of the pants that I wanted in stock, so I zipped over the Park Meadows store and was treated just as warmly there.

I'll be back!

Unsatisfied customer. I bought a pair of pants that needed to be hemmed. They were not ready on Wednesday, as the clerk promised, so I wasted a trip across town. I was then asked if I was in later in the day when I originally bought the pants. I guess the clerk was trying to say it was my fault. I was told the pants would probably be in on Thursday or someone would call me. No one ever called, so I called the store. I was then told that the person who told me that they might be in Thursday was mistaken because the seamstress doesn't deliver on that day. Why didn't that clerk just call the seamstress to check on the pants when there had already been a problem? No idea. Finally, a clerk decided to call the seamstress and told me she would call me with a solution. Still waiting for a call back. Why not just pick up the phone instead of keeping your customers wondering what is happening and without the products they've purchased? Twice this store did not deliver and still hasn't, even though I've already paid for the pants. It seems like this store lacks basic customer service skills and protocols. UPDATE: No one from the store ever called me back, so I decided to call back a 3rd time. This time I talked to the manager who was very nice and listened to all my concerns. She put me on hold and was able to find the pants. I told her that I would pick them up, so I could make sure they were hemmed properly. I arrived and she immediately apologized and offered me a shirt or something else on the house, and she assured me she would be meeting with each and every employee so that this would never happen again. I got a great new pair of shorts for the summer and will definitely return to this store, especially if the new clothes work out well. Both the ABC shorts and pants are very comfortable.

Disappointed in customer service. This was my 1st shopping experience in Lululemon. I was told one thing in one store which was not supported in this store. Making a long distance return was very difficult. I had difficulty reaching them by phone and got the answering machine without a return call. When I did get ahold of someone I was again told incorrect information. Overall very frustrating. I will probably not return to shopping with this company.
