This is a very dishonest company. It is not worth the money and is a total scam. I am writing on behalf of my mom who experienced terrible customer service and was told after she bought product from cherry creek mall that she received a free facial. Well little did she know.....this was not a typical facial. This was some very rude man who was insisting my mother buy $5000 in product and she had to decided that day. This man refused to remove the mask and was very inappropriate. My mom was in tears at the end of this service ......if youd like to call is service ha.
DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!
Top dollar skin care right here!! I will never step foot into a Macy's again. This is a real top of the line product that isn't just stacked on every shelf of every store. I most enjoyed the one on one time and the unique directions and facial regiment they make special for you. Amazing skin care consultants and information. Must try there new line and for sure do not skip their basic products either. They are the best and last forever, a drop really does the trick!
On September. 27 I had my second facial and it was a wonderful experience. Very relaxing and I feel like my skin is getting more and more healthy. I have never had a facial before these two and definitely plan to continue. Actually everyone in the store is very nice, very helpful, and knowledgeable and give me good advice for my skin care.
This place is Amazing! The manager Mor gave me a great deal on their products which by the way have made a huge difference in my skin! It has helped me get rid of blackheads and large pores. It's given me more confidence. Adi the stetician is wonderful. She does the facials and even adds in a nice upper body massage while she's at it! I can't thank you guys enough. You guys are great!!

I think this place is so amazing. I got my daughter a wonderful at home luxurious spa package for her graduation. She has not stopped talking about it, so I just had to take the time to write a review and say thank you so much for these amazing products. A for sure come to for the holidays!

What a fancy store !!! Just by the looks I knew they must of had high quality products lol And I was right, their products are the best there is! I'm in love with the whole truffles infusion line. and i come in every month for my facial treatments. very professional & relaxing
