Center Strength is wonderful one stop for fitness and wellness. I have loved my massages from Vanessa and Jan! I also have had great workouts with the Pilates and yoga staf!

After trying several studios, I decided on Center Strength and have been attending classes for several years. Both studios are absolutely beautiful and have excellent Balanced Body equipment, all in fantastic condition. Each of the instructors so far have been professional, friendly, and encouraging. I've attended other classes where there is way too much personal information shared or on the opposite end of the spectrum, are cold and impersonal (ego alert!) Not here. I always feel welcomed by the staff and trainers and look forward to each session.
The membership package is wonderful. I have been able to take classes six days a week and I am addicted! Great instructors and variety of classes.
I've been going to Center Strength for over 7 years. While I've always liked the studio and the staff, I love the new upgrades and additional options. Great place and I credit them for getting me back on the slopes after hip replacements.

The renovated Gaylord studio is beautiful. What a wonderful atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. The new studio on Broadway is also a great place for Yoga and Pilates.
