Best workout! Love the owners who take the time to teach you the technique and form (it did NOT come naturally to me!).

I dropped in for a class last week and it was awesome! Leandra is a great coach, giving easy to follow tips for making adjustments to your form that help you get the most out of your workout. Highly recommend!

If you're trying to gain some experience weilding a kettlebell - this is the best place to get your feet wet. Love the group and all they stand for.

Awesome space with a nice twist in your daily work out. Very fun and interactive but most importantly safe for beginners.

I started at The Fitness Branch after I had rotator cuff surgery and had finished the prescribed PT. My shoulder was weak and lacking flexibility. Leandra with her physical therapy background knew exactly how to gradually improve strength and mobility and I never had any moment of worry that I would rehurt it. My shoulder is almost back to normal which is rare post rotator cuff repair and it is all because of Leandra. Training with Leandra should be required rehab for any injury! She is thoughtful, caring and takes a real interest in every step of the recovery. I couldn't recommend her any more highly.

The workouts are intense and effective, and the people will keep you coming back. I highly recommend to anyone who is serious about getting into shape.

Leandra is a wonderful instructor and even gave me home stretches when I pulled my back. You don't get that kind of service at most gyms, and it's extremely comforting to know that someone so knowledgeable is keeping an eye on you while you're swinging kettle-bells.

I've been going to The Fitness Branch for about 2 and a half months now and I absolutely love it! Every workout is challenging and different which keeps each day interesting and me motivated. Leandra is awesome and extremely knowledgeable about kettle bells and using them properly to prevent and avoid injury. I have noticed significant improvement in my strength, flexibility and overall fitness. I would recommend classes to anyone, no matter your age, weight or fitness history. TFB truly makes everyone feel comfortable and I have made some really great new friends along the way!

She is extremely knowledgeable about kettle bells and creates challenging, engaging workouts. She gives personal attention to everyone in the class--I feel like I have my own personal trainer! I always leave The Fitness Branch feeling like I got a great workout in.

Don't be intimidated by kettle bells or think you can't complete the workout. Leandra makes sure that you are successful and tailors workouts to your specific needs. The community at The Fitness Branch is very supportive, encouraging, and fun! Working out here is always a highlight of my day, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to improve their strength and overall fitness.
