I have been an Orange Theory member for several years now. The workout is amazing, the level of service is one of the worst companies I have ever had to deal with. They scam you out of classes. The app doesn't work, and when they say they will credit you back for not using the class, they never do. Then you pay extra on top of the monthly fees, $59 for 4 classes, $99 for 8, or $19 a class. Then you have to call and beg for them to credit back your money, and get passed around to 5 people when they over change you. The front desk girls here are by far the worst I have ever had to deal with in my history of customer service. They have ruined my workout for me countless times, and with a smile on their face. They turn you away from the class you've already paid for. I ask why? Because you aren't warmed up, and could hurt yourself. I train for half marathons, and just jogged here, il be fine. They still refuse to let you in. Not why I pay to come to a gym to make me miss 55 minutes of the 60 minute workout class. Considering you don't offer parking, and I can never find parking. I always run 0.5-1mile to get to your front door. I do not suggest driving to this location. Today i arrived to my 8:45am class at 8:50am, after running 1 mile into class. The roads were closed for the hot chocolate run, and I just sprinted to make it on time. They won't let me in the class. I'm sweaty, out of breath, but I'm only 5 minutes late, and ran all the way here? Yeah, we changed it from 10 minutes to 5 minutes ago months ago. That was supposedly just for the month of August. Very unclear on their polices, and unfair to the people that pay a lot of money to attend 1 class at OT. I was going to start coming more often, but the technology and level of support/service does not support a gym where people go to get motivated on a regular basis.
