Pearl Street Fitness is so welcoming and inviting. The workouts are expertly programmed and I leave feeling very accomplished! I would highly recommend this studio.
I've lived near PSF for a long time and never went in to try a workout when finally a coworker convinced me to give them a try. Well now I know what I was missing. The workout was fantastic, the owner Kerri couldn't be nicer, and the coach Liz was hard motivator that brought a tone of energy. I've been to 3 classes since and they are butt kickers, but the type where you know you will be sore and thankful for the soreness at the same time. Great workout and gym!
Cory is the absolute best teacher and the workouts are challenging. I like how they switch up the workouts daily to keep things fresh.
Loved the workout, Danielle was awesome and motivating. Everyone in the class I met was really nice. I was super intimidated because I'm so out of shape but I felt supported and welcomed. I'll be back!
I love Pearl Street Fitness! All the classes are different, super challenging and the music is great! The instructors are super engaging, knowledgeable and really get you pumped for the workouts! I recommend this place to anyone who likes a good sweat and a great HIT workout!!
Pearl Street Fitness is my favorite place to work out in Denver. The instructors are extremely motivating and they make you feel great about yourself. The workouts are always new, extremely challenging and focused. The instructors place a huge focus on technique and alignment which is important for preventing injury. The classes start with a warm up and end with a cool down, another huge benefit. I've noticed results after only 6 weeks and I'm really excited to continue going to classes. I highly recommend this place!
I have been working out there a few times a week for about two months now and love it! Every work out is different, the instructors get creative with their workouts, blast upbeat music to keep you going, and encourage the class members to interact and support each other. I also like the vibe of this place and the people in the classes. Everyone is there to get their butts kicked and do it as they can. There isn't the competitive gym vibe or feelings of judgement. Although the instructors push you, it's okay to take breaks when you need to. These workouts can be intense, but they get you in shape and are so rewarding!
Great high energy workout that was a nice change of pace from my normal running routine. You will definitely feel the burn!!
I enjoy PSF, but classes vary a lot and it is impossible to know which one you're attending beforehand. Some classes are well-rounded (running, weights, squats, abs) and some are similar to Crossfit. The intensive Crossfit classes require perfect form, and can leave beginners super prone to injury! Instructors are all super nice though, and you will definitely walk away feeling like you truly worked out!
This gym is great! Every instructor has been so motivating and welcoming. Each one has their own unique music and workout style to get you moving and muscles burning. PSF has great class hours, from 5:15 AM to 7:15PM. They never seem to fill up but always have just the right amount of people in them. I can go easily before work, or stop by after without having to shuffle events around. Parking (at least for the hours I go) is never a chore, and its conveniently right next to Whole Foods. Its definitely a gym built on people that want to be there, and want a good workout. I have not left once feeling like I didn't get a solid work out, I highly recommend dropping in for their introductory week....
Absolutely love this gym!!! Always leave dripping with sweat and feeling awesome. Staff is amazing too.

Amazing workout! They keep you moving and switching exercises constantly, so you don't get bored and also don't tire out one muscle group too fast. It's really fast-paced and fun, with good music and a fun energy. I liked how class participants chatted and hung out with each other and provided a positive but motivating atmosphere. I'm doing the free week trial and will definitely be back for more great workouts! My only complaint was that the instructor skipped a warm-up and cool-down for the class - next time I will make sure to get there early and stretch on my own.

Hard workout. Lots of squats and energy from the instructor Brooke. Def will go back for another class!
