This place should be called 1/9 round trainer because you'll have a trainer splitted between 9 people, not what they promise. Beware and read your contract carefully, they'll charge hook you more than a month before leaving and you'll have to pay. Just do regular cardio and don't lose your time there.
Must check out 9Round if you are looking for a quick, fun and kick**s workout! The location on 17th has an amazing owner and group of trainers which brings in all the best people! Highly recommend for EVERYONE regardless of your fitness level/goals. You can always go at your own pace but there is always an awesome trainer present to push you and guide you. Best workout in town!
I've been going to 9 round for a year now and it is my absolute favorite! I LOVE starting my day there bright and early and cannot imagine my morning routine without 9 round. It starts my day on a positive, sweaty, happy, energized note and carries me throughout the day! I love that there are no class times and you just drop in whenever you want. I love that it's 30 minutes and you get in and out and feel great. The trainers are awesome and change the stations everyday so it's always new and exciting. They do a great job with modifying and adapting to accommodate injuries and work very hard to challenge each and every person to improve each day. It just feels amazing every single time!
It is so hard to find a gym that keeps me motivated to work out AND works with my schedule but 9round has done it for the past 2 years. No class times and 30 minute full-body work-outs leave no room for excuses. Plus the trainers are awesome and really make you feel like a valued member.
I love this gym! Everyday is challenging and leaves you soaked in sweat. Staci the owner is so upbeat and friendly. I look forward to her welcoming me when I walk in. Best 30 minute workout!

I've been working out here for about a month and I love this place. The trainers are super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is always positive and welcoming. The workouts are always challenging and change every day. I love that that the workouts are 30 minutes, but I always feel like they've kicked my butt by the end. I would definitely recommend this place.

9 Round is so much more than a fitness modality! I am physically stronger and more fit than I have ever been, but in addition to that, I also feel much more confident and able to face adversity in my life. The trainers at the Uptown studio are awesome!

It's hard to pinpoint what I like best. The coaches are amazing. I like the fact I can drop in whenever for a workout. Being here a month so far and it seems like there is very little repetitiveness in the workouts as well.

Effective and efficient workout near downtown! Worth it!
I have been working out at 9Round for nearly two years now and I love it! I never get bored with the constantly changing workout routine and Staci and the other trainers are great! I love that I can get a good, hard workout in in just 30 minutes and see results when I look in the mirror!

The owner Staci and the members! I always feel comfortable there, challenged and well encouraged. The facility is always spotless clean and the culture is very strong. Love it!

Austin helped me with my form and I noticed my hands were getting quicker every week. They offer a free first class, just go check it out and see if its for you.
I've traditionally lifted weights and done cardio on a treadmill or exercise bike, with limited experience in circuit training. I've always been interested in the boxing aspect of exercising because of the coordination involved with the exercise. I had a stellar first time experience at this 9Round. The instruction from Staci and the other trainers was high energy, creative and highly motivating. I really enjoyed the station rotation with the bells and in 30 minutes, felt completely rewarded with a challenging workout. Definitely going to be mixing this into my weekly routine. Hee-ya! 9ROUND!

I've done circuit training for years but nothing involving boxing and kick boxing. The beauty is anyone can do it. It definitely works different parts of the body that I'm not hitting in other work outs. Austin and Staci are awesome, supportive, and informative. They work with you through the entire workout making you work harder and correcting your form. The members are also great and I've become friends with a few of them. .
Kickboxing has helped get me into the best shape of my life. This type of gym is a little less about technique/complicated combos and more about fitness and getting that effective workout in, so don't be scared if you feel like you know nothing about fighting coming into it. The owner is SO COOL and kind (Stacy) and the trainer there is very experienced and really helps me both learn technique and get a great workout in in a short amount of time.
I also like that there is no set start time to classes--makes it so easy to work into my schedule. I show up, warm up, and jump right in at round 1. Doesn't matter what time I get there.
I usually get bored at normal gyms with weightlifting which is why I was so excited to do something that changes it up every day. I've done kickboxing for a year now and couldn't be happier!
