I'm visiting Denver for a couple of weeks and DG&F is near where I'm staying and WHAT A GREAT FIND! Well equipped, super nice and helpful staff. I highly recommend.

I've visited this gym only for a few days but I have a positive experience. you can find all the necessary equipment for your workout. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I will be back with my friend next week.
This is the cleanest gym in town! I've been a member for many years and, as a woman in her 60s, really appreciate the care and support I get here. I train with Steve Allen, who understands my aches and pains and addresses them through muscle building exercise and stretches. I've noticed continuing improvement in my health, stamina, and weight! I can recommend this gym to everyone!
DG&F is just about perfect if you're looking for a convenient, *extremely clean* and well-maintained place to work-out. Sure some of the amenities found at a full-fledged health club like the DAC would be nice (sauna, pool, etc.) but given the very affordable price, the value is high. The vast majority of members are conscientious (no meat heads throwing chalk and plates all over the place) and know what they're doing. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful and always greet guests with a smile. With regards to comments about crowding, duh-you're going to get that at any gym during prime times.
Very clean, not loud, respectful members, great parking/location. Equipment always maintained. Excellent and professional service. Best gym I have used in 30 years.

I enjoy going to this gym. Very friendly staff and clean equipment. I have not had any issues with the crowd and can use pretty much any equipment when I want to. The location is very convenient for me as I can stop by on my way to and from work.

Awesome, clean gym with everything you'd need. Battle Ropes, Squat racks, etc. Good mix of all ages. Staff is super friendly and nice! It's a great place to work out and my favorite gym in Denver.

This place is great! Perfect location and a nice neighborhood feel. Most gyms, I can't stand but this one is the exception. Also, never crowded when I go and always equipment available when you want it.
Nice little gym but watch out if you need to cancel, they'll force you to pay an extra month if you don't cancel 10 days before the end of the current month

I highly recommend DG&F. The staff and trainers are all friendly and helpful. The facility has all the equipment I need and are always clean. Take advantage of the group classes, they are a lot of fun and have pushed me to challenge myself especially in the Boot Camp classes. Membership fees are the most affordable in the area.

I got a membership (50/60$ per month + year, came out to be around 100-120$), came couple of times to train and then moved to another city. It was very easy to cancel the membership, I just called in, no need to pay extra for the cancellation nor be physically there (gyms often have issues when it comes to the cancellation, but Denver G&F is cool). They cancelled it and did not change me since then.
I definitely recommend!

I have been going to this gym for about two years and absolutely love it. It is great for all levels of fitness and the staff always makes me feel welcome. I rarely have to wait for a machine and the equipment is always clean and ready to use. 10/10 recommend!
Very good gym. Small but very clean and equipment is in good shape. I often draw comparisons with 24 hr and this gym is well worth the money. Actually a place you want to come back to. Some employees don't seem too friendly but maybe, just maybe, they have indigestion.

I really like this little neighborhood gym. I've been going for a few months now and I chose it since it is within walking distance of my house. The people are friendly, the place is always clean and the customers are respectful. I very rarely have to wait for a machine or bench, and am very happy with the gym.

Solid gym. They have showers and you can buy a towel if you forget one. The stair master was really smooth and the rowing machines felt very new.
