The boot camp at Mtn Strong was the perfect opportunity to learn fundamental climbing (and CrossFit) skills, get strong and make new friends! Every single class was different and honestly so much fun. The coaches (Matt, Jamie, Christian, and a few more) were so friendly, knowledgeable & able to accommodate all abilities. To anyone even considering signing up, just do it!
I've been a member at Mountain Strong for two months and it's the best gym experience I've ever had. The coaches care, teach you and push you to your limits. There is a place for everyone: Crossfitters, Climbers, and anyone willing to push themselves to be better. Wouldn't want to call any other gym home!
The climbing boot camp at Mountain Strong has helped me identify weaknesses in my climbing and my approach to climbing. Not only have I become more aware of my blind spots, Matt and Jamie have given me many useful tools to work on in order to become a stronger, more well rounded climber.
One hell of a gym! I have been into CrossFit for years but this gym offers so much more that is unique to that Colorado life! Great programming, great coaches, awesome climbing and instruction if you want to learn to get outside and enjoy the mountains! Oh and an amazing community of like minded peeps!

I joined when I was 6 months postpartum with my first son, attended throughout my entire 2nd pregnancy and now am about 6 months postpartum with my second. The coaches have been super knowledgable, really supportive, and everyone who attends is just plain nice and fun people that you want to workout with! Love this gym, love the people, and love how they have whipped my ass into shape.

Started coming here with basically no knowledge of crossfit. Great set of coaches and members that took the time to teach me proper technique.
This place is awesome! If you're looking to climb, power lift, crossfit, or just get yourself in better shape, they do it all! Matt is a killer trainer and great dude, whatever you're looking for he'll point you in the right direction!
I was brand new to CrossFit and had a little bit of experience climbing. Being new to the area I was intimidated to try out this type of gym. However, the coaches and the members of Mountain Strong could not have been any more accommodating and welcoming. This is the perfect place whether you are a beginner or expert. Come on in and you'll get a workout and make some friends while you're at it.
Great guys and cool little gym! Wish it wasn't so far up north, but definitely worth it if you want to get strong!
Mountain Strong is an awesome gym! The CrossFit is great for a workout, and the bouldering wall is great to work on climbing skills. The unique climbing oriented "Kraft" workout classes are a great way to improve climbing strength and endurance.
The owners/trainers are fantastic and really know their stuff, (plus they're incredible athletes in case you need someone to compete against in the workouts).
The community is also really great, we're always meeting new cool people every time we go.
Now if they would only move their location closer to where I live... :)
