I concur with members who indicate that the club makes it so difficult to cancel or get money back that it is potentially a fraudulent enterprise. I cancelled a membership that my wife inadvertently made, even though she and I both had free access to the club through our downtown Denver hotel. I was called by a club representative to discuss the membership within a matter of hours, and I said (before the credit card charges were even posted!) that we did not want or need the membership and cancel. He said he would talk to the manager and make that occur. Nearly two months later, after two sets of credit card disputes, unproductive conversations with the club manager in Denver, demonstrably false information being submitted by the manager to my credit card company (i.e., that we used training program, that we used the club, etc.), we are still at the same point. Now, I am learning, that despite my cancellation within hours, and all the disputes and phone calls, the club is STILL trying to charge monthly fees to my card. Thank goodness I have blocked their charges. They have effectively stolen the money they already took. This club needs to be reported to the consumer affairs divisions of the Colorado AG's office, et al. Fraudulent liars and cheats. Avoid them at ALL costs.
