Ive taken a few vinyasa flow classes here. I was really insecure about taking yoga with other people but what I love about Samadhi is that while the group ranges from beginner to proficient you don't feel judged no matter your level. The instructors are awesome and I've come a long way in my practice after just 3 classes (Krista Poch and Helios) Thank you Samadhi!
