I've been going to Blunt Force bootcamps for years cus they're not only an awesome workout but they're high energy and motivating. I'm rarely disappointed in the level of intensity and always grateful for being pushed.
Earlier this year I decided to take things to the next level and add weekly personal training sessions with the owner, Tiffany and wow, awesome! She takes it to the next level with creative, challenging exercises and I'm definitely feeling and seeing the results. We do a lot more heavy weight lifting than we do in the bootcamps, so it's a good compliment.
