I was going through a really stressful coding bootcamp and started going to Kindness Yoga to incorporate fitness into my hectic lifestyle, but got so much more out of it. The instructors at Kindness Yoga have different teaching styles, yet they are all amazing coaches for me physically and mentally. They help me keep things in perspective and think about the big picture. I really enjoy my existence when I'm there, and I walk away feeling both physically and spiritually elevated. Each studio in Denver is a soothing place with very kind people. And their "pay what you can" policy helps me keep practicing even with my student loans weighing me down. Thank you to everyone who is a part of the Kindness Yoga experience!
