I love this wonderful place. There are always incredible events with even more incredible people! If you can attend any of the creative events put together here, you won't be disappointed!

This is such a unique fitness studio! There are a variety of interesting classes including many types of yoga, belly dance, hip hop, hula hoop, fire spinning (which I am definitely intrigued to try!), and aerial classes. I tried out the hip hop class and we learned a unique pop and lock routine. Maggi was a great instructor. She was sweet and welcoming and a great dancer (she makes pop and lock look good!). Everyone at the studio was very friendly and welcoming. They have a unique vision and you definitely get the feel that they are a connected community. Your first class is free so definitely give it a try!

The beat is a community with all kinds of creativity going on, always. So happy to see this brand new establishment and the vision of the owner come to life. I can't wait to see where the owner takes it from here!

Good vibe all around! Absolutely amazing place! The owner is so passionate about the place and the people. They support local artists in their boutique. All of the classes are to live music and is just such a good atmosphere and they have open flow every Friday!! It's only been open for about a week and I've already been three times!

Incredible space. I agree; the owner is so passionate about the classes and about making sure that only very skilled professionals teach the classes in order to provide a safe and a better learning environment. I've done things here I've never thought possible; from hanging on silks to doing headstands with hula hoops. This place has it all. They also offer an extensive view into herbs and how they can naturally help you and heal anything going wrong. Overall an awesome experience.
