A diamond in the rough! Once you gain a code you have access 24/7! This gym may be a bit rough around the edges, but for us gym rats it perfect! Equipment for Power/Olympic Lifting, also Strongman!

I absolutely love this gym. I make sure to go every time I'm in Denver, it's a serious lifters dream. Plenty of space, great environment, and quality gear.

Their customer service is terrible. I requested my membership to be cancelled way ahead of time. I was ignored. I'm still being charged $50 for a no contract gym which I no longer attend.
I'll remove this review once customer service decides to do their job and cancel my membership.

Best powerlifting gym in Denver! Owned by multiple record holder that offers personal training. Also offers Strongman training with lots of implements (Yokes, Stones up to 315#, etc.) and Olympic Lifting. IWG also hosts several sanctioned Powerlifting and Strongman competitions every year.

This place is great. The owners and staff are all current or ex-athletes so they really know there stuff. Very affordable

It's everything you could want from a barbell gym: literally tons of the right equipment, chalk, friendly people, 24/7 access, and it's affordable! Sounds too good to be true, but isn't; I just wish I had found it sooner!

Great gym, good people. I love the schedule flexibility that you can come and go as you please. It is usually not extremely crowded when I've gone, and everyone else in the gym is nice and friendly.

No frills. No bullshit. IWG is a great gym if you want to focus on getting stronger and fitter. Plus, they have strongman equipment, which is awesome.

This is a perfect gym if you Powerlift! The owner is great guy and the people there are really cool. Give it a shot!

Awesome lifting gym! Good price, 24/7 access.
Enough racks and benches to actually use, great bumper plates and platforms!
They have cool strongman stuff too, like yokes, atlas stones, farmer's walk bars.
Strongly recommended if you're following any strength training program, such as Starting Strength, StrongLifts, 5/3/1, etc. Power lifter's ideal gym.
The only negative is the location, but it's not bad if you live anywhere along the west/central side. I live in West Colfax, and it's only a 5min drive. If you're in Baker, Wash Pask, Highlands, it's not bad at all.
