Friendly staff. Clean facility. Attended the Freyja HIIT on class pass. Great workout! Will be returning.

Frejya is a a special place with calm vibes and the best teachers. The studio is clean, zen, and well maintained; the perfect place to de-stress from the outside world. Caryn teaches a Yin class that is not to be missed!

Clean, open-space, filled with light, this collective is a complete gem. Welcoming and warm environment.

This studio is truly amazing. I started going here as a student several years ago and shortly decided it was my dream studio to teach at (I've been teaching their for over a year). The light, airy rooms feel spacious and warm. The classes are diverse and the teachers are thoughtful. I always love a good dharma talk in class! They have fun events like Chant and Chill, sound healing sessions, and the studio also features a spa with talented healers. I took my time finding the right studio and I am so glad I did. Also, Freyja, the Norse goddess who is the studio's namesake, is truly awesome.

What a beautiful space and class! I decided to take a yoga class while visiting Denver and happened upon the Freyja Project. They have a ton of classes, a pristine studio and super friendly staff.

I have been a member of Freyja for just over a year now. I just renewed my annual membership. I can't say enough about the staff, instructors, and the owner Patti, and how I have become a part of the family at Freyja. I absolutely love the studio and would recommend The Freyja Project to anyone in need of mental exercise and clarity, physical fitness, recovery from injury, or a space to meditate. Thank you Freyja for being such a big part of my life! See you on the mat!

I love the Freyja community! This studio is a beautiful space that offers a variety of classes from the early morning, all day, and into the evening. There is something here for everyone! I especially appreciate all the nurturing and supportive teachers and the daily opportunities to practice yin. Also, I highly recommend the Movement class (yoga + dance), it's a great workout and lots of fun!

Great studio with great teachers and a robust schedule of class offerings! I love that I can always find a class that fits into my busy and ever-changing schedule and have lots of options of different types of classes to choose from. So happy to have found Freyja!

I recently joined the Freyja Project and really like the community. I've taken classes with several different teachers and have loved all of them. I've also tried some of the spa services and have scheduled out for regular appts. I've found my studio and plan on being a loyal patron for years to come.

Such a great family owned and operated yoga studio. The energy here is great, and I haven't taken a class from a teacher I didn't enjoy yet! I highly recommend The Freyja Project! I love being part of this community.

I tried a free week here and absolutely loved it! I took 2 barre, 2 flow, 1 restore, and 1 buff class. Obviously, I had to experience the full range of classes that they offer. I'd never gone to a yoga class before coming here. Unfortunately, their foundation classes, which teach you yoga basics, were at 3 p.m. every day. As if people trying to learn yoga don't work? I was able to get there early each time for the flow and restore classes and get a spot in the back corner so I could sneak peaks at other people in the class to make sure I was doing it right. I never felt awkward and was able to follow things along pretty easily.

The buff class was the hardest. I sweat way more at that than I did at the barre classes.

Each instructor had their own style and own method. That meant that each class was much different from another, even if they were both barre or both flow. I liked the variety. For someone who likes more consistency, definitely take full advantage of the free week and get a feel for which instructor you like best.
