Allison Benner took me through the "ten series" (ten weeks - ten one-hour sessions). She evaluated and worked on everything from my posture to the way I walk, run, ski, play the guitar ... even how I sit at my desk! In addition to her guidance on how to use my body more comfortably and in a pain-free way, Allison was able to reduce the scar tissue I had built up around old knee surgeries. During the first session, Allison completely eliminated the lower back pain I was experiencing through her hands-on Rolfing techniques. After just that one session, I felt taller, healthier and more comfortable in my body. I would recommend Allison for anyone seeking Rolfing - or any sort of body work where the goal is to both stop or prevent pain AND enhance physical performance. Allison's office at the Highland's Wellness Center in the Highlands, close to downtown Denver. A really nice, healing space.
