Amazing art. Great, real world help in sticky situations. I was fortunate to learn this in Littleton, CO by original Sensei at an apartment complex he taught in. This, plus wrestling or jui jitsu is amazing in defensive, counter offensive, and offensive fighting system. I'm sure it has greatly progressed over the years!
