This is a small gym, unassuming from the front, but don't be fooled: you WILL get a great workout here. I have attended several of their FitBoxing workouts and each one has been different enough to keep things interesting, without getting away from the core concept of boxing. I have learned some of the technical terms and moves involved in boxing, as well as gotten an awesome workout each time. It is cardio, it is strength, we end with core, and you learn. Instructor is friendly, hands on, and high energy. Highly recommend!

Great place. Enjoyed my Saturday boxing class. Emily is an amazing and patient instructor. She really made me comfortable and feel confident in my workout. I would definitely recommend this place.

My son has a blast at every class! He has already learned discipline, improved coordination and team work. His strength and endurance has increased and his confidence shows!!! We are so proud of him and appreciate all of the instructors at the Fitbox!!! Their patience with the kids and their love of fitness is felt as soon as you walk in the door!!!
