Vasa Fitness Denver has the best Zumba instructor in Claudia Stulberg, She is so very passionate in her Dance,, It is evident she is always well prepared and makes exercising fun. she is very professional and welcoming and quite an asset to your Gym. Her silver sneakers class was cancelled and I really miss that! It provided stretching and pre workout benefits for me... The customer service at the front desk is not always welcoming but, It is so nice to finally see a positive and extremely welcoming person to greet me at zumba and zumba Gold. Thank you Claudia ! Keep up the good work.
I have been going here for a year now and I always feel so welcomed. I have a coach that is super friendly, encouraging, and inspiring! If you are nervous about going to a large gym, I highly recommend signing up for a coach. I met some awesome people in my group.
The facility is great. The equipment is wonderful. The staff need help with there personal skills when comunicating to us. The staff don't walk around to make sure people using the machines get off on a timely manner. The restrooms are dirty. Weights are not being taking off the equipment after use. If it wasn't for the hydro massage and tanning we would probably would workout at our local rec center. Too many weird people wearing improper attire.
Poor excuse for a gym and fitness center. It was great at first, and I didn't mind paying for extra features like guest privilege which makes it twice as much only for them to tell you you can't bring family in because they care more about gathering your email and getting new memberships than actual customer service. You would think a gym would be about providing the opportunity for health and fitness for community but its just a place for spectacle and profit. I hope this place dies out
Good gym, plenty of equipment functional machines. Nice staff. However, the locker room is ridiculously tiny at this location. As well as the Aurora location. There are way too many members for the locker rooms to be that small. I've seen middle school locker rooms bigger than this. The Westminster location is how all the locations should be. Westminster is the best Vasa facility.
Great amenities (love the hydro massage chairs, hot tub/sauna/steam room). There is a fitness cinema where you can watch a different movie each day while working out which is a great way to blow through calories. Lots of free weights and machines, the pool is great and everything is nice and clean. I have always had the space I need. All of this for a great price. Definitely the best value for me amongst the gyms in the Ken Caryl area, based on recently shopping around.
A gym like I've never been to before! My favorite part is the movie theater work out room, it really helps the time fly while working on some cardio. Then there's the racquetball courts, lap pool, massage beds, tanning beds, and there's even some workout equipment.
This is a great gym with a lap pool. Unfortunately they ate not 24/7 like other gyms in the area. Staff was very helpful & knowledgeable able the operation & equipment.
Very clean and new equipment. Staff is friendly. Its gets pretty busy sometimes but people are generally cool about letting you in between sets. I've been to a few gyms and this one is one of my favorites. Especially for the price. If you decide to go for a 24 membership over this place, you're probably making a pretty bad choice.
Great Gym friendly staff and patrons Amazing Facility everything a real gym should have. Very inexpensive.Clean and plenty of equipment. Personnel training available and fit classes for all levels of fitness beginner to elite. More amenities than any gym I've ever trained at. Dry Sauna -Steam room -Tanning equipment - Hydro massage. Cardio theater room ..

But there is no personal training available unless you sign up for their coaching, which is expensive and seems to require a long term commitment AND does not incorporate the usual gym equipment such as cardio or weights. Also, the advertising says one rate, when in fact there are hidden fees, such as the $50 fee at 2 months "to lock in your monthly rate". Bullsh!#.

Gym has everything you need including pool and saunas. Great price and friendly people. Equipment is in great shape.
This gym has cost me more stress than it's worth. I came to relax after studying all day and they closed 2hours ago. They are not 24/7 which is a huge disadvantage. I'm moving out of state anyways so I won't be going to VASA much anymore. It was nice to have a gym this close, but even in the morning their hours are not comparable to other gyms. It's your loss VASA.

VASA is a great gym for an amazing price & very clean, which I love. The only thing I wasn't crazy about was locker room. For the women going there before work, its hard to get ready with such a small area with mirror, counter, & plugs for blow dryer. Only two can get ready there at a time. Other than that the gym is perfect

This is like 24 Fitness met Planet Fitness and this is their love child lol. All the activities, equipment and classes that 24 offers but with a PF price tag and extra amenities (tanning beds, massage beds/chairs, enhancement machine etc etc) included in you low monthly fee. No contracts. Now if you guys could just get longer hours at your locations you could give both chains a run for their money.
It was an awesome gym the first two months, all the workers did their job and the gym was spotless but as time went on it seemed nobody cared to pick up anything. People have no gym etiquette what's so ever leaving plates on every machine yet the workers don't do anything about it. Not a very good gym for somebody who's really serious about training, will be moving back to 24hr fitness.
It's a great place to come relax strengthen your body mentally and physically. Everything is clean well-managed personable working people. It's a great deal for the money. Has a wide variety of exercise systems to pick from. Of course I'm there everyday. And enjoy every minute of it.
Only been at this gym for a week, but we've taken a yoga class, T.E.A.M. program and just worked out at the gym already in that time. The staff are all so friendly and nice! It's a very welcoming environment, midday is quiet with lots of equipment available. I really like the turf areas they have as they're great for stretching and warming up before a lift or class! The atmosphere is very relaxed and not intimidating for slow starters or smaller workouts.
I haven't been a member very long but the efficiency of tracking how each individual is doing and building a program for them seems really effective. Everyone is really welcoming and the training staff is really fast to come up with ways for me to work out that allows for the old knee injuries that have always gotten in the way of me getting stronger. I love all the comfort amenities like the steam room, hot tub and pool as well.
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Facility is clean and well kept. Community is diverse and eager to reach individual health goals. Best thing for me is that even during peak hours I can still find room to get in for a good work out. Then hit the hot tub or massage, or both.
This is my experience after two months of using this gym. I love it. It's the best gym near my house. The facility is huge, all of the equipment is new, great selection of weights/machines, and lots of cardio options. Pricing is about the same as 24 Hour and I'm never going back there.
Great gym with a great staff. You're able to do just about anything kind of workout that you can think of. Plenty of space for personal full body workouts, machines for all parts of you body, plenty of free weights to get a great workout in, a full basketball court and a pool as well. But most of all they just a great staff of friendly individual to help you with any questions you may have. This gym is the best in Denver for the price, hands down.
Love this gym so far. All equipment is new, staff is friendly, and usually plenty of room. Can get very crowded at peak times even though it's a big space. They've used the space they had very well and designed a pretty kick-ass gym. Membership dues, fees, and policies are all very reasonable. I'm looking forward to getting in the best shape of my life here!
Best gym around. If you are looking for a BIG facility and somewhere to maximize your results it is HERE! The "Hidden fees" are TOLD BEFORE you sign up (Annual fee, Decline Fee, Cancel Fee). If you need any help they have a staff Willing to listen and respond!
Wonderful facility. It has everything anyone needs for there fitness program. The staff is great and friendly and this gym is off to a great start! However, I hope the get a heavy punching bag soon. The staff claims they will have one inside the facility soon. Great and convenient location in the Denver area. I would recommend this gym to anyone that is looking in the area.
