I first discovered uptown nutrition from a flyer they put on my car at vasa parking lot while I was working out. I stopped by today to check it out and was greeted with great kindness! I felt so welcomed and warmed by the ladies at the front. I got the birthday cake shake and it came with a tea for free for my first purchase which was awesome! They both taste very healthy and flavorful! Very happy I decided to stop by and check this spot out! Definitely worth the visit and Bodies by Farny approved!!

I love the strawberry banana smoothie and Caribbean crush tea. I have so much energy and feel full from smoothie for hours. Great selection and friendly and helpful staff that makes everyone feel like family.

Very friendly! Delicious and nutritious shakes and teas. First one was on the house. Shakes are very filling and serve as meal replacements. The personality of the owners is amazing =] They said they have workouts at 7 pm for members. I've seen this place when I drive by but never knew what it was until I stopped by and tried it out.

While I was about to be a client the representative did a 180 after I said I "may" not be ordering anything. She started being incredibly rude and immediately cancelled an appointment. Horrid customer care.

Uptown Nutrition is amazing! These shakes are so good and so healthy for you! Also Manny and Ariana are so knowledgeable and so upbeat! I am so excited about this new place. I will visit very often to get in shape for the summer!
