Super convenient- employees are nice and service is always good. Private women's weights section that I found weird but actually like. similar to a planet fitness in terms of atmosphere but less busy and the cardio theater is a really cool idea!

Awesome place to workout, lots of room and nice variety of machines and cardio equipment. Love the turf lane in the back for agility exercises and if you hit the personal trainer corner of the gym when it's open to public you get a nice corner to stretch and do balance activities. Staff is also very nice!

Can this place not afford Paper Towels??? I know its 10 dollars a month but they literally are out of stock on paper towels every time I go there... Even the bathroom. When you ask they say they will fill it and it hasn't changed for the last 3 days. Its a health concern! Clean equipment, clean hands after the restroom. Come on.....
I've been a member with this gym for two years and I've seen the quality of the space drop drastically. The gym isn't being cleaned anymore so the floors are disgusting and it's been that way for weeks. They have trouble retaining front desk staff because they don't pay them on time. All new faces every 6 months. I hope you like your car being broken into because there's no security cameras in the parking lot.

Aspire has the worst costumer service. I have been trying to cancel my membership for the past months, making phone calls, sending emails, and going in person. I signed paperwork which they said they would cancel my membership with and my bank account continues to be charged. Not only are they still charging my account, they charge me 19.99 instead of the $10 I had signed up. There is no way to get ahold of corporate either.
Getting worse and worse. Constantly out of toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. When machines break they stay down for months on end without repair. Changed hours to 5am-midnight and here I sit at 516 and no one has showed up to open the place. Not only will I miss my morning work out but also my morning shower. Been coming here for over a year and going to cancel as soon as I find another gym.
At first this gym was amazing and was all I could ever ask for. About a month ago I took my daughter around 5 p.m so i could get an afternoon workout in. The brunette girl currently working stated that she was supposed to be off. But was waiting for a parent to pick up her child which is understandable. She then proceeds to tell me that the girl with blue in her hair in At the front desk refuses to go into the daycare because "she doesn't really like kids." With 4 members at the front desk you would assume one of them would be able to come into the daycare and work that portion of the gym, but no, i was denied babysitting at the hours they were said to be opened so i have cancelled my membership to find a better gym with proper management and employees.

DANGEROUS EQUIPMENT/SAFETY WARNING!!!
(This rating will go up once fixed)
I have informed over 4 different staff members and emailed the gym corporate twice to inform them about their big cables machine needing to fixed, yet nothing has been done for over 1.5 months.
It doesn't even need to be "fixed" more than it does tightened. The bolts that hold the weight stacks to the cables are almost all loose/working their way out. I had one fly off during a lat pull down and slam. Luckily i wasn't hurt.
Literally all it takes is an 11/16 inch wrench to go through, turn the bolts FULLY INTO THE WEIGHT STACK, and then tighten the nuts so the hold tight, and then check them every few weeks by hand. I have actually tightened and fully screwed some in by hand.
LITERALLY one of the cable lat pull downs bolt is completely loose and is about 1.5 turns letting go of the weight stack. I have informed numerous people. Only a matter of time before someone gets hurt from something that is so god damn easy to "fix".
Other than that, this is a great gym for the money. Would easily be 4 stars and will be once they fix this... if they ever do.

I understand that for $10 a month you get what you pay for, but this gym has gone downhill VERY quickly in the past month or two. It's unfortunate because it's close to my house and the staff is mostly great but I'll be taking my workouts to 24 hr. Bathrooms are disgusting also.
This gym was great at first but going downhill fast. I can only guess it's poor management. Projector bulbs in cardio room go out with no back up on hand. Women's room constantly out of paper towels. Paper towel holder has been broke for months with no fix in sight. Today three paper towel machines around gym were empty. Rowers often have low battery warning and display turns off while in use. They have a foam roller that melted that they still give to members to use. These are all simple fixes that go untouched.
The gym itself is great but the womens restrooms are almost always out of toilet paper and paper towels
I have been attempting to close my membership for over 1 year as I moved out of state. I have called multiple times and emailed multiple times and have been assured everytime that my membership has been cancelled. They have now charged me a couple hundred dollars since trying to close my membership. My card they had on file expired and instead of contacting me in any way they sent me to collections. I have emailed corporate with no response. This is beyond rediculous.
Ok gym fair price and friendly enough staff. My complaints are that when machines go down they are down for awhile. Sometimes taking weeks to fix. Also resistance machines don't ever seem to be calibrated properly as some machines on a higher weight level don't feel as hard as they should. Limited selection of free weights and can never find a set of clamps other than on one or two bench press.
Hands down, if I could I will give them negative star. I would not recommend it to anyone. DO NOT Sign up with them, they will stole your credit card informations. Not worth at all.
Front desk staff are polite. Clean gym, lots of room and equipment.
Biggest scam ever!!! Been trying to get a refund for a membership that I cancled back in April 2017 and they continued to charge me until I had to take action with my bank. Now I'm being harassed because I won't give them my billing info. Corporate seems to be non existent since I have tried contacting them for months now with nothing In return. Worst gym ever. If you make a membership don't expect to be able to cancel without a headache.
This place is a total SCAM! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD!!!
I have been trying to get a refund because I cancelled in person with documentation last year because of a back injury and conveniently they have lost all of my paperwork. The managers do not follow through with anything. Elizabeth at corporate is EXTREMELY snide. Do not give businesses that will turn on you your hard earned money.
I love this place. Signed up way before it opened and had to wait forever. BUT it has served us well over the past months. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable gym with all the necessary equipment (besides spinning bikes and step platforms... and straight barbells)*ALSO doesn't have turf like some others do... other than that it's great.
cheap place to work out and the staff is amazing. The place is not always so clean...but the staff outshine many of the other gyms in the area. (5 stars)
11/20/17 This gym has taken a turn for the worst. They fired all the great staff that kept the customer happy and made the place run smoothly. This last week has been horrible. The staff are unable to work the tv and tanning beds and the daycare staff just sit there on the floor. This gym use to be so welcoming. Poor choice in reconfiguring this site. You have lost me as a customer.
WARNING: Read your contracts fully and do not trust the word of the employees when first becoming a member.
My girlfriend and I left our gym last year (April 2016) right after Aspire opened as this location was closer to our apartment which allowed us to run to the gym. Additionally, we left our old gym (Planet Fitness), because they (Aspire) were running a special promotion which allowed the membership owner and their guest of choice to use unlimited benefits to the gym including massage chairs and tanning beds for $20/month for a year (it still says unlimited guest benefits on their website), as well as a reduced sign up fee ($1). After about 2-3 months when we could finally devote time to using the gym's full facilities (massage chairs) they removed one massage chair, stating that the newest opening of their gyms needed it, as the chair at that new location had "broke". That massage chair has not returned since that day. Due to time we decided not to take turns using the sole massage chair as we go during our work lunch (which completely changed the dynamics of our planned routine when joining this gym). Additionally, one by one, workout equipment (handles/grips) has also gone to that new location without returning. Areas of the gym now have devoted times to persons who pay for fitness evaluations or private training. Lastly, we booked a trip to go on a cruise and wanted to use the tanning facilities, to obtain a base tan (the only time in the 10 months that we have been paying for those privileges). We were then informed that guests never had the ability to use the tanning beds or the massage chairs. When I asked what unlimited benefits mean then store manager didn't address the question and said that he would have to charge me $8 a day to use the facilities (despite what we were told when we initially signed up for the membership) by the employee who signed us up. When I told them what we were told they said that there is nothing they could do to remedy the situation and never heard of the employee who signed us up as if he never existed or that we were lying to them. I haven't reviewed my contract to see if they are correct, contractually, but the store manager confirmed this with the district manager the very same day. I do not need to lie to get a massage while I wait for my girlfriend to tan. If we had known that this was the case we would have never broke out contract with Planet Fitness, as it is literally the same deal, nor would we have obtained the $20/month membership which really didn't benefit our routine. I suggested that we obtain a refund for the extra $10/month where we did not use any of the facilities, but because it is on the contract (again, I haven't fully reviewed it) they wouldn't be able to give us a refund. The store manager stated that he would work with me to get my base tan but I am still perturbed about the fact that we were lied too and then basically called liars. The money is not the issue, this is purely a stance on how you treat customers with the promises stated by your employees. Unfortunately, we cannot prove much at this time but false advertising is false advertising.
Lastly, I would like to point out that having a section devoted solely to a gender is sexist (although, I do agree that it is nice to have for those who feel uncomfortable when working out around other genders). However, I believe there is a law that states if a gym has a gender specified area they need to have an area of equal proportions for the other gender for equality purposes.
I feel like this gym has false advertising and I will be reporting the inconsistencies (guest benefits for Platinum members and removal of amenities and equipment that was shown to be available during our facility walk) to the BBB. I would not advise leaving any other gym if you already have a similar membership with the same benefits at another gym, Planet Fitness is better in so many more ways.
6.28 - I attempted to call your corporate office, per your request, but the phone continuously rang for about 15 minutes with no answer
Really nice new place. They have a huge movie theatre that always has a movie playing you can go in and watch while you workout.
They also have a special area for just woman so you don't have to be intimidated by the men working out.
Lots of stuff but some people don't clean after themselves. I have recommend to friends and family. The staff is absolutely amazing!
Continued charging my card despite moving out of state and getting out of my contract. Very horrible business. I highly advise you take your business elsewhere.
I paid for my year up front and they continued charging my card each month anyways. When I asked them about it, they were fully aware of the situation which tells me that they already knew about it and did nothing to correct it because it was bringing in money to their gym. Then I cancelled my personal trainer. I came in and signed all the paperwork - they continued charging my card for that as well - Again because it brings in money for their gym. I liked the gym otherwise, but when it comes to money they are very shady.
