I ABSOLUTELY LOVE Barre Standard! My husband and I were walking in Olde Town Arvada and I've been looking for a yoga studio ever since my daughter took me when I went to visit her in Arizona. Took a flyer, called and signed up for the 21 days......I was hooked!! All of the instructors are very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I feel great, I've lost weight and look forward to each and every class.

Love this class! It is very easy on my joints which is perfect because I constantly beat them up during volleyball and my spin classes.
The movements are small, specific movements that burn everywhere. I always leave my classes feeling like I've worked really hard! In just 3 weeks I'm seeing definition in my abs and legs!
Also - the teachers here are really nice, helpful, and the studio is very clean and peaceful. Love it here!
I recently moved to Arvada and was looking for a barre studio with a community feel. The barre standard is just that! Ive been doing barre for the past 2 years and wanted to go to a locally owned studio. The barre standard is very welcoming and offers introductory deals. The instructors are great, the classes challenging, and the studio clean and inviting. I would definitely recommend the barre standard for anyone new or experienced to barre!
I've been going to The Barre Standard since it opened and can't say enough good things about it. The studio is cute, bright, and clean. The instructors and owner, Carlie, are skilled and kind. I always get a good workout in and enjoy coming to this lovely barre studio!

The classes are pretty diverse and I really enjoy incorporating a mix of barre, yoga, and HIIT into my weekly workouts. This place is the best! Being an Olde Town Arvada resident myself, I love having a workout close to home that has that sense of community. The owner Carlie is so helpful and her love for barre truly shows in her studio. They offer a variety of classes and each instructor is awesome in their own ways. Such a positive, motivating, clean, and fun environment!

AMAZING! I had never taken a Barre class until this studio popped up in Arvada. The owner is wonderful and remembers your name. All the teachers make you feel like you're apart of an amazing community. All the classes will make you work!

I'm always looking for new places to try when it comes to fitness... and the Barre Standard is top notch when it comes to Barre, Yoga, and Cardio classes. The studio is in Olde Town Arvada, which automatically makes it cute and it's across from Denver Beer Co., which automatically makes it fun. When you add in the experienced teaching staff, the knowledgeable owner who teaches and participates in class, and the darling retail selection, I can guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Well done, Barre Standard, well done.
