I will say it has been several years since I attended a class at this studio, but I was left with a very bad experience. I purchased a new student one-month package. I attended a few classes, but after a few weeks, someone (I can't remember who it was) called me and said there was a problem with my payment method. I gave her the payment information again (over the phone) and she said thanks and we hung up. After that, someone else, an owner, I presume, spoke to me with a snarky tone prior to a class stating that I was trying to rip them off and my payment method was a problem. I am not sure if the other gal never gave them the new/updated info, or what, but yoga studios are ALL about energy. That created a very uncomfortable setting for me and I never returned. Disappointing because I believe the studio space did have a very good energy.
As a lifelong resident and supporter of the city of Arvada, I am very sad that anyone would treat anyone so badly, even if there was a misunderstanding. A misunderstanding is an opportunity to make things better than they were before for both parties. When a business owner, particularly for yoga, treats people this way with no attempt at resolution, it's concerning. I have never gone back and have since spoken to another Arvada resident who had a similar experience at this studio. If this happened with more than one person, wouldn't you think there was an internal problem that needed investigation instead of alienating potential customers? I fear that customer service is gone for good. But I am always hopeful that the energy has since shifted for the positive in this space.
