I am writing to you all to express my disdain for the unethical practices that take place at this gym. Connor, among others, is an opportunistic thief. Although I am I paying premier member of this gym, Connor and others have repeatedly asked me for my debit card mentioning a decline. However, I have records of the premier membership rate, inappropriately charged, as I will explain soon, for the last 1.5 years, and a few $12 fees.
When you ask what is the purpose of repeatedly furnishing your debit card, the answer is always different, which leads me to believe that they are using my information for ulterior purposes. Connor, who more resembles a crash test dummy, is also not a professional. Thus, I will show no such courtesies in this review. He chose to wrongfully accuse me of not paying my bill as I was entering the 90-minute class today, which is unprofessional, rude and inconsiderate.
I asked for a superior as I left, I was not granted a meeting. Thus, I went online to find the name of him or her who either owns or operates this club. To my further disdain, I discovered that OrangeTheory Belmar has wrongfully charged from the very beginning.
I am an Active Officer Candidate for the Air Force. I was told that I would be able to receive a reduced rate as an active duty service member and told by the OrangeTheory Belmar location that the rate was in effect. I wrongfully assumed that the $159 rate was the reduced rate. It is not. It is the full rate and they lied and cheated from the very beginning.
Ladies and gentlemen, go elsewhere to achieve your fitness goals. OrangeTheory Belmar is a spectacular gym in terms of the trainers; however, the front desk staff will leave a bad lasting impression, replete with both unprofessionalism and unethical behavior. Particularly for veterans and active duty service members: Go somewhere else. You will not find the integrity and respect you find in you individual branches practiced in this establishment.
