So I work for a different gym company. Wanted to try this location as my job isn't close to home, and sometimes I would like the privacy of a gym where I didnt know everyone. I had already decided i was gonna sign up for a membership with PF and just to use a day pass to check out the location close to me. As a daily gym goer I was looking forward to seeing what PF had to offer that was different from my current gym. When i checked in, no one offered to show me around, no one offered to talk to me about membership. I was actually looking forward to both, and got neither. Also, when I left an employee was sitting on the counter, which is super unprofessional. I'm bummed because I was really set on signing up and now not so much. Poor customer service. Maybe that's why there was hardly anyone working out in there? Either way it was disappointing to not be treated like a new potential member, as I was one. I already get a gym membership for free, and I was willing to pay for a new,closer location to work out. Bad move PF.
