I prefer this gym then at any of the military gyms due to it not being so... Military gym atmosphere. You see every type of person here as well as those that are just starting off. Atmosphere is friendly and staff are so helpful and knowledgeable.

A great fitness center! Very friendly staff, modern equipment that is in very good repair, very clean facility and lots of amenities. The cost is extremely reasonable and there is no contract/commitment. Free wifi and thermal jet massage tables are huge bonuses. Very satisfied and definitely recommended. Take a tour and see what you think.

Great gym for the price. A little disappointed at the outcome that happened in the back of the gym, I was told it was supposed to be for a Planet fitness 360 set up but it just has regular machines in it. The locker room is always clean and it is nice to have showers when you need them.

Went in just to get a quick, free workout when the base was closed for snow, but Kevin and the other staff were so welcoming and helpful that me and my roommate both signed up. Wish there were regular bench presses in addition to smith machines, but I get that's not their target audience. It's always clean and no one has ever bothered me and there's enough equipment you never have to wait very long for anything. Great value for the money.

I have been a member at the constitution location for several years. Overall I am an extremely satisfied customer. Connor is an amazing trainer. He always makes himself available to help with a workout or to give advice when needed. He's personable and knowledgeable. However, Katie is the most rude person I have ever encountered as a paying customer. She won't greet you or say goodbye. She usually won't even glance up. She is the reason I wouldn't give this a 5 star. The rest of the girls are sweet and friendly. I enjoy the atmosphere here and would recommend it strongly to anyone considering this gym.

This planet fitness was pretty cool. And it was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.i love being a part of planet fitness. I love the community of people who work out there

They have awesome prices, and a good selection of equipment. They are very clean. Staff is usually disinterested and doesn't even greet you when you ou walk in, but this I minimally important compared to the prices. Overall a good value.

Love planet fitness. The workers always great you with a hello and say goodbye when you leave. This place is very clean & has enough equipment for everyone.

Planet fitness is incredible! Full size gym with newer equipment, massage area, and tanning beds for less than any one separately. Staff is friendly, Johnny signed us up and is super helpful. No judgement, laid back atmosphere is very enjoyable. Circuit training type areas make them stand out from other gyms.

Not a lot of machines and not a lot of heavy weights. The only reason I work out there is because it is located 2 blocks from my house

Too warm, but open all night, the normal equipment and nice showers and searing. Front staff not particularly helpful. Some young guy who just wanted to work out.

I'd rather walk around the block for a full year than go to this place. BILLING IS A JOKE, just like refund policies. Hidden charges everywhere that they conveniently forget to mention when signing up, and the machines are broken.

Rules here can be a little annoying, as you can't grunt or make loud noises when you lift! Me being a martial artist, that is how I learned to invigorate myself! Besides that most of the members are friendly, and outgoing! And the staff is professional, and helpful!

I like this location but it isn't without it's issues. The staff swaps between really nice to arrogant and/or ignorant people. It is almost constantly busy. There are a lot of times where you might have to wait on the equipment you want to use. Patrons are mostly nice but there are some who are really really REALLY weird and you should avoid them at all costs. You know the type I mean if you go here.

By far the best please to have a membership, can't beat $10 a month or $22 for tanning and you can bring a guest. $39 annual fee only once a year , no hidden fee and rate increase. Very friendly staff and member. Not just a comfortable environment but they make you feel wanted and very helpful. Great place to work and workout. And did I mention Clean. Always out there cleaning.

Never that busy, and the machines are almost always available. The type of equipment is respectable, and the options are decent.

My only complaint is, the weekend hours are a bit lousy. They are 24hrs Monday-Thurs, but only open till 9pm on Fridays, and 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. For me, this is a bit inconvenient.

Otherwise, the gym is clean, friendly, and machines are usually available.

Girlfriend and I both moved here from out of state and had black passes. We were met by an annoyed manager (brunette, married) who was extremely rude to our old-home gym employees over the phone while attempting to transfer our passes. After the phone call she told us only one of our passes could transfer but we could still workout. A few rolling of the eyes and deep sighs later we finally checked in and worked out. I pity the staff who works under her because other than the manager the rest of the staff was pleasant and quite apologetic for the inconvenience. 2 days later we cancelled our passes due to disinterest in the atmosphere that manager brings to an already smaller gym and location. If you're desperate to workout go for it; Otherwise, dumbbells sell a dollar/pound and Colorado is rittled with amazing hiking trails.

I don't own a proper shower on my property so I strictly got a gym membership to take showers at. Their selection of workout equipment is great, their atmosphere is busy/quiet people are here for a reason and just want to work out without being bothered much. Most of the time you just get a head nod from the workoutees who are listening to music.

The showers are nice with two exceptions and they don't destroy the quality of the shower. 1. The flow rate of the water intake pipe for the shower isnt great enough as in their plumbing job is under done, so if someone flushes the toilet the flow is completely sapped causing the shower to change tempature (minorly) and over tome damaging the pipes with water hammer the owners need to seriously consider some upgraded plumbing in their future because with how much of a change in pressure the pipes go though they are going to have plumbing issues in the next uo and coming. 2. the shower caddies they have in are wobbly and broken, im glad they have them but instead of replacing a cheap wire caddy consider putting in a small well built shelf at a good highth it will last longer and won't look as tacky.

Other than that the showers are regularly hot, they are very clean, not in use all the time, and have some gorgous tile. Can definately suggest coming to here if you don't mind contracts for gyms and know you will use the facitlities. I get my use out of the place even if I don't use workout equipment often. One last thing for the owners, consider changing the prices of your drinks even at half price they are way to high. But I have a feeling it is a chain thing, but I will not be buying drinks at the establishment anyways as im there a short time.

VERY JUDGEMENTAL!!!! By far these three locations of planet fitness are the worst planet fitness gyms in america. This locations is the nicest of the three disgusting locations but the UNPROFESSIONALISM of the staff makes it NEGATIVE and a uncomfortable place to workout. Save yourself the time, negativity, and money "chance of catching a disease airport location" and GO TO ANOTHER GYM.

Terrible customer service. I tried to call in to ask about overdue fees in Dec and Jan even though they already charged the membership fee but didn't get through over phone. Was charged over due fee, a random $30 fee in Jan plus my membership fee. Went in to resolve the issue and the staff were totally unhelpful and did not and could not explain the extra fee. Had to cancel membership and was still charged annual fee. Terribly disappointed and would not recommend to anyone else.

The girls at the front desk are very friendly and chatty! I wasn't a member long (I like group fitness classes) but you can't beat the deal. If you just want equipment this is the place to go! No frills.

I am visiting from out of town, so maybe this was an off day... The front desk gal barely looked up and greeted me, wasn't very friendly when I asked her to point me in the right direction, or generally helpful with my other questions. The equipment was fine, and I liked the layout. The tanning bed I was assigned clearly hasn't been cleaned (in days, it seemed) and there wasn't any way for me to do it myself. I didn't tan for obvious reasons... And I left after that, not wanting to know what else was poorly maintained.

The gym is pretty busy and well maintained. The atmosphere is dark and non-conducive to working out. Many of the people here have never lifted, and if you plan on going to a gym more than a couple times a month there are plenty of better options.

I love Planet Fitness. $20 a month is such an unbeatable deal for so many amenities. The hydro beds alone are worth the membership fee. I've been a member for 6 years, since the first Colorado Springs location opened. I've been to all 3 locations, but this Constitution location is my favorite. I was alternating between Constitution & Austin Bluffs but decided to stick with Constitution because of Alex, the morning staff girl. She is so friendly. She greets me and my friend every morning, remembers our name, and even memorized what order we do things (tan, hydro bed, total body...), and has the sign up sheet ready for us by the time we approach the desk. I will miss seeing her face when she leaves to have her baby, and sure hope she returns.

great place to work out, equipment variety is nice, friendly staff... My only issue is that I could not work out after work on Sundays, because they closed earlier than 7pm.

Great place to work out, accommodating staff and lots of variety with machines. Sometimes bathrooms are nasty but I understand cleaning is on a schedule. Also plenty of goofballs using machines with no idea what they do. Overall I like it, affordable and easy.
