Have recently started using this gym location. I is not cleaned daily, multiple machines have whipes laying next to them. Trash cans full, showers smell musty. Floor into the locker rooms have matted trash outside them. Really questioning my choice in membership. Gentleman in the morning, just stares at his phone and sits behind the desk. Wish there was a better alternative in the area.
Was triple charged prior to the annual fee. They wont let you cancel the membership. I called. Then emailed... then went in person... still charged monthly. Had to put a stop payment on my account and they are STILL charging me!!!! Buyer beware. Only sign up if you plan to stay with this company until you die!!!
My home gym. Great equipment, always clean and has some great benefits. Loses one star because there aren't a ton of classes. Wish the classroom they do have was sound proofed more too.
It has everything. Trainers that cater to your specific body type and needs. Classes for beginners through advanced. And every machine that is used in this modern day world now with a huge weight course for those who like weight lifting!
The pricing is incredible for the amenities that are offered. The equipment is clean, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and professional. They offer a little something for everyone. Classes, personal training, free weights, machines, olympic platforms. Most importantly to me, The locker room is clean! Very satisfied with my membership.
I love this gym. There is a large assortment of equipment and a ton of classes to take. The people at the front desk are always cheerful and greet me every visit with a smile. My only critique are the hours of operation from Friday through Sunday where they close at 9 on Fri and 6 on Sat and Sun.

Tyler was great!! Really like this place, not over crowded new equipment. I really don't like to feel judged. Price is right as well.

Overall this gym is set up quite well. As with any training facility you have two types of people who go and train there. 1. The gym pro, this person wipes the equipment once they are done and puts the weights away when done. 2. The gym bro is the person who never cleans the equipment once they are done or puts the weight away. This type of person also bogart's multiple equipment as if they are the only one in the gym. When I first joined there was always people lifting, but at least they were gympro's about it. Lately there have been new people showing up who are the latter, who act as if they are the only ones lifting. The equipment and facility are great the only issue sometimes is the other members, but that's normal at any gym. Overall great place to lift and get into shape.

The Manager of this facility is very rude! The facility took $160 from my account without my authorization. When I got the issue resolved, I worked with someone there that reassured me (even reitterating TWICE on the voicemail that I had) that they wereprocessssing a refund. When I called to check on things, the head manager( he also said he was the district manager as well ) was VERY rude, gave me false information about who handles the finances for the Facility, and also refused to give out any information of a person of contact that I could provide feedback to about his unprofessionalism and the financial screw up that happened with my account.
I would NEVER recommend this gym to anyone. The rest of the staff is very friendly, and I've never had any issues with them.I DO NOT agree with how this location is handling finances and how much extra money gets taken from their customers over time. I also do not like how unprofessional the District Manager Mike handles talking to a customer. He was nothing but unprofessional and I would not recommend anyone to complete membership. Dealing with his was the worst exlerience I've ever dealt with from ANY gym I've been with.
Crunch Colorado Springs had a rough start due to delays of its opening date and miscommunication with their customers in regards the delays via [Facebook] which was their means of communication with the public.
However, from the moment the gym opened it has been a great experience.

My gym!!! State of the art equipment. Wife loves tanning booths and the heat and hydro massage table. Lots of cardio, and classes. Lots of free weights!! Including heavy bags, ropes, weighted push racks. Can spend the whole day there. Not to mention the pool and Jacuzzi

Great place to get fit and healthy, love the fact they have punching bags. Meet a lot of cool people and old friends there.
Yesterday was my first day going it was an awesome experience. Great staff and equipment clean environment and overall a nice spot to workout and let me not forget the locker rooms with showers. Then after all of that is said and done you can enjoy a nice massage on the massage bed I almost fell asleep lol....

DO NOT JOIN ! This gym will SCAM you. I have been getting charged on my card for over a year with monthly fees. I tried to cancel before I left town and was told that my account was canceled however after Crunch Fitness bought out TruFit, they had kept my card on file and continued to bill my account despite the countless attempts i made over the phone to cancel. I moved out of state and had no way of contacting directly. After being hung up on and transferred multiple times. We finally switched our acct information. This is the worst customer service place i have ever experienced.
Its a pretty good gym, friendly staff. However i think the dublin gym needs some work with upgrading the equipment so everything is matched better and better deadlift platform. It has alot of potential and feel it could be a little better set up. But overall no complaints.
Recently signed up here. Plenty of cardio machines, free weights, and other machines available. Was afraid to go on a weekend day but was surprised that it wasn't overly crowded. Very clean and staff always greets me when I walk in.
4 stars because they removed the pool that this location once had (back when it was Bally's) and converted it into a group exercise room.
Sharp staff. Keeping it well maintained and clean so far. All equipment modern an new. Great showers. Hot water in lavs could be hotter. Overall no regrets.
pretty decent place although i dont work out enough as a should this place has always been very welcoming and kind when i do go there. its always very clean ill also always see they're janitor hard at work thats a good sign. its been a pretty decent place very welcoming and i dont feel judged by anyone there. very accepting
Not a member yet. But will be. Nice new and clean.
I visited this fabulous gym as a guest today and it was awesome, such a treat. The management (Mike) and staff were friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well-organized. The equipment is new and awesome. The Men's locker room is very nice. If you really want to gain strength or lose weight, this is the place. I have been a long-time member of other gyms and once owned a nice gym. This one is the best gym of all. I can't wait to return! Thank you Mike!
As of Jan 2018, when I go it's not terribly busy. I vary my days/times every week. It's always clean and everything is well stocked. I love it here!!
This gym is clean, affordable, well equipped, and has a great hydro massage. (I don't use these features but have heard great things from others) There are classes offered for various work out programs. You can pay for a personal trainer. They have multiple membership packages. The showers are clean and they have lockers to store your belonging. Cleaning materials are places throughout the gym to wipe down your equipment after use. Only complaint that I have, which does not warrant a decrease in rating, is that I haven't received a shirt because I don't work out when a manager is there to hand them out. Great gym, unbeatable pricing. Now if you could just not come here so I can keep using all the equipment uninterrupted "that'd be great".
Lots of equipment so even when busy you don't have you feel like your crowded. Staff is cool
Great staff, clean and very relaxed. They could play some classic rock every once in a while.
If you know what's good for you, stay away from crunch in general. I enrolled in January for this location that was supposed to open in March for $9 per month. Gym didn't open until July now they want $39/month for the past 3months the gym didn't open. The collectors have no idea the gym isn't even open when they harassed me with phone calls until I told them. Good luck with being able to cancel your membership. The email the gym asked me to contact for cancellation was invalid. Collectors did their investigation and called me to apologize. In any case, they owe me my first month. The gym never apologised or gave any excuse or explanations as to why I had to go through all that collection harassment but they keep bugging with with text messages to come back. DON'T DO IT UNLESS YOU HAVE A LOT OF FREE TIME AND HARRASMENT ENTERTAINS YOU.
Overall nice gym. Staff are friendly. Always very clean! Headed there right now.

Great gym but would appreciate more music variety. Not everyone is stoked listening to trash trap/rap music (like Kevin Gates- 2 Phones) for hours on end. Its the only genre that this gym ever seems to play.
They claim themselves to be a "diverse community/environment" where "everyone is accepted"
Well then I why not apply those same principles to music by diversifying the genres played so everyone has a chance to listen to a song they like and gets them going during their workout. Just a tip. Other than that, the gym is awesome, affordable, and staff is professional.
