The state ordered gyms closed starting yesterday, and we got charged last night. Funny, we cant use our membership of we wanted to in the next month but they made sure to take much needed money when they had the chance. Illogical, heartless business that handles 0% of customer concerns. This isn't the first issue but it's a big one. How dare you charge your customer base hours before none of them are allowed to even use your business anyway. People need supplies and medicine, not to be taken advantage of.

They overcharged me twice. Told me I was in a window where if I cancelled I would be charged an additional month. And every staff member was incredibly rude. Save yourself money and go to a real gym or workout at home. Would not recommend to anyone

Planet fitness is a scam i cancelled my membership over two years ago and they are saying i own money! I don't think so! The lady was super rude and hung up on me after they were the ones to call me. Smh this is ridiculous i would definitely not recommend this place at all!

Love my planet fitness.... Never crowded.... See all kinds of people working out and no staring, no being hit on, everyone just lost in thier own workout world but friendly at the same time.

Place is wonderful, staff is great and knowledgeable. It's a starter gym, but it's a great place to learn and improve. I've got 10 more months here and look to enjoy my time. Avoid the pizza nights and Tootsie rolls, otherwise, this place can and will be to be start to great health if you work hard enough for it. If you fail to achieve it, that's on you. This gym will provide everything u need for it to work, the results are on YOU.

Nice gym. Clean atmosphere. Only thing I don't like is if you don't ask, certain things aren't communicated to you. I need a personal trainer & thought I had to source one myself. Only to find out by another member, in another state that they do have trainers but I honestly stopped going already because I was just doing my own thing which I really dk what I was doing. May start back soon though.

Planet fitness has came up since I've been there last, it is so much cleaner organized the massage chairs are better now staff is friendly and helpful I think it's worth the money. The Equipment is the same but overall better

Love the equipment. They clean a lot. I cancelled my membership because of the, so called roof,dust on all the pipes. People with allergies are never considered.

Very friendly and inviting! If you do the design your own program the trainer designs a work out to suit your needs and what you want out of it! Facility is always clean, and staff is super friendly and inviting! By far the best gym I have ever been a member of!

Good for experienced lifters with set routine. No classes and hard to access any trainer guidance. Crowds not a problem.

They have lots of equipment there most everything that you would want, some machines are down. But they're very friendly there and will help you if you need it.

Started out at Austin Bluff and now we are at Airport Rd. This Planet Fitness is 5 minutes from home and from what everyone said it wasn't really "good" so we wasn't in a rush to go. But I have to say we are so glad that we did! It is a very laid back and relaxed Planet Fitness and the staff that works here is so chill. I would Highly recommend this Planet Fitness to everyone I know. Go check them out!

All of of the places are very clean and everyone cleans the machines after they are used. Many machines to use and even when it is full of people there is always a machine to work out on. Hydro massage is amazing after a hard and long day. Staff is always welcoming and always have a nice conversation or something welcoming to say. Love the gyms and bathrooms are always very sanitary.

DO NOT SIGN A MEMBERSHIP WITH THIS PLACE. May be cheap but they charge you until you cancel. Then make it so hard on you when you want to cancel. Even though ive sent two letters (which i NOW know has to be certified) thry will not refund or cancel my money. So here i am on my way to the post office to send a THIRD letter so this company will stop taking my money!!!! Theifs.. my feelings are so hurt. There isnt even a corporate number to call!

If you're looking for a place to get a solid workout and get out easily, this is the location. I've been at varying hours of the day and never had a problem with getting on a machine or waiting for equipment. Easy in, easy out. And it's only $10.

Calm environment. Easy to get complete workout done in an or or so if you get there b4 4pm. It gets really busy around 5-8 pm.

The front desk staff here is extremely rude and condescending. They are not helpful whatsoever and treat the PAYING members like trash. I've been to a lot of gyms and have never been treated this badly. If you have a question or concern you're better off just switching gyms before you ever waste your time trying to get help from them.

I love the black card! I can tan, use red light therapy, and use the massage chairs and beds. I can bring guests as many times as I like. It's only $20 a month. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Love this gym!

At a good price it's clean, has a friendly staff and there's enough equipment so that you're never waiting too long. I haven't used the massage chairs, tanning beds or taken part in a pizza or bagel day, but those are all extras if it's for you. No complaint in the last 2 months of going there.

The staff is friendly. It's always clean. The facility could use more free weights and benches and more things such as jump boxes or strippers. Kettle bells would be pretty awesome too. Maybe even a stepper or 2. I'm a black card member and I have never gotten my free t-shirt bc they have never gotten a new shipment since May for sizes smaller than a large. Other than that it's a decent place to workout.

Great value overall. They have enough equipment to cover all motions/muscle groups, and you're not going to have to work in with a stranger or wait for availability. Not crowded at all. Nice and cool - I hate working out in a sweatfog, not a problem here. Seems clean and well maintained.

The worst gym anyone could possibly go to! Staff unfriendly the trainers are a f***ing joke! Unless you are a late to mid aged woman don't go here. Waste of money! S**t gym s**t people s**t standards! Haha f***ing joke dude.

No exercise balls, no stair master, no row machine, no kettle bells, no foam rollers, no plyometric boxes. Limited free weights.
Absolutely no soap in the showers, no bathroom amenities (no towels, no hairdryers).
Moderately clean & lots of cardio machines. Standard & basic equipment to get the job done.
Also, I was never offered a shirt. Not that I really care too much but it is listed as part of the signup.

I enjoyed my work out but the person who helped me set up my membership never told me how to sign in, anything about where any equipment or black card only areas were, they never offered or mentioned the T-shirt that I had paid for with my membership. Overall it's great if you know exactly what you are doing but if your new to a gym or want any assistance in signing up I suggest you go to a different location. I have to give it credit for being clean and the workers being polite if only seeming a bit distracted.
