Christine is an awesome instructor! The equipment is always clean and high quality. I've taken her pool and lake classes and both are challenging in different ways. I would recommend either to anyone who is looking for something fun and different in their yoga practice, or a new way to get out on the water.
I surprised my friend for her 40th birthday with a Dragonfly Paddle Yoga session. It was a terrific experience and a great workout. Neither one of us has done much yoga and we had never been on a stand up paddle board. Christine clearly explained everything we needed to know about both and was very encouraging. She made us feel comfortable and confident while making sure we used correct form and balance. We didn't fall in! Our attention and focus was engaged the entire time. Again, it was a really wonderful experience and we plan to incorporate Dragonfly Paddle Yoga into our regular workout.
This was a fantastic experience. It was relaxing and fun. Our instructor was very professional. She knew her stuff and did well. You get a little seminar to help with your confidence on the board. She never forces you to do anything you don't want to. The stretching began on your butt, then you slowly build into more difficult poses. By the end you are able to stand and move confidently on the board. I fell in once, but that was because I went for a one legged tree pose. My wife on the other hand did not fall in because she was the smarter one, haha, and didn't go for the one legged tree pose. All in all I totally recommend this to every one. It is a great summer activity.
My family and I had a great time paddle boarding with Dragonfly Paddle Yoga at Rampart Reservoir. Beautiful lake, scenery, and wonderful lunch afterwards. Friendly and professional staff as well. Highly recommend it!!!
I absolutely LOVE Dragronfly Paddle Board!!! Christine is the sweetest, most caring, respectful and kind soul ever!!! Her classes are amazing! My confidence in not only yoga, but paddleboarding, has grown so much since I started going to her classes!

Quail Lake is our neighborhood park. Today, the Dragonfly staff was rude and refused to yield the only launching ramp to my wife and me when we simply wanted to quickly unload and launch. The dragonfly staff member stated that he would not help her and that we we would have to wait until they finished loading a large number of their own paddleboards.
My wife, aged 65, had to unload in the road and carry her SUP BOARD from the street. Four other cars were waiting at the time. 20 minutes later they were still monopolizing the ramp. My wife and I carried my kayak from the parking lot to the ramp where I asked the Dragonfly staff person to yield enough space to allow us to launch the one man kayak.
I expressed unhappiness that Dragonfly was monopolizing the ramp for their business and not yielding consideration to local residents. The Dragonfly person in charge, refused, at first to give me her name for my complaint. She said "I'll take your complaint". I said that I wished to complain to the City Parks Department. I pointed out that I am a severely disabled US Veteran who should not have to forego the safe use of the ramp.. She identified herself as CHRISTINA and then stomped off saying that she was calling the police.
I have to say that this is the first time that this company has caused us this kind of inconvenience. Many of our neighbors suffered inconvenience on this day, however. Before this occurrence, my impression had been that the staff of Dragonfly was courteous though still rather imperious over the use of the publicly owned ramp.

Hit my first class this past Sunday at Monument Lake and had an awesome time. Christine is such a great teacher, and getting to work with her in such a unique class was a blast. The paddleboarding is super fun, and doing yoga on the board add a great challenge for balance, plus an added element of entertainment if you lose you balance pushing a pose! As a disclaimer, I'm the only one who went in and I was going to be disappointed if I didn't push it hard enough to fall- the paddleboards themselves are very difficult to fall off, especially when you're using them as paddleboards rather than yoga mats!
Highly recommend it, fantastic way to be outside in a beautiful place and reconnect with nature. Had so much fun and can't remember being more relaxed than I was as we wound down our practice out on the water.

Take the most talented Yoga instructor in the Springs and combine that with an amazing SUP experience and you get Dragonfly Paddle Yoga. Christine is as good as it gets when it comes to instructing yoga. In her studio classes, she seems to always know exactly what to say to put me at ease and she does an even greater job on a lake! She does a great job guiding people to reach their potential, but she does it in such a low threat way. It's hard to explain, but take a class for yourself and you'll know exactly what i'm talking about. Christine, can you teach paddle yoga year long? I am willing to try paddle yoga on a frozen lake!
Christine makes the experience fun. It's worth a try!
I was unable to take a class with Christine due to weather/moving circumstances but I just want to comment on her friendliness and professionalism. She was a pleasure to work with on the phone and she was very helpful in explaining her classes, what to bring, what to expect, etc. If I am ever back in Colorado Springs in the summer, I will definitely be taking a class with her!
