Had lots of fun for my granddaughter's birthday!

first off my daughter had a blast here I was reading through the other comments and it's insane what I'm seeing people are saying about this place it was amazing for me and my daughter were not the riches people so 12hr is very fair too me, i understood it was a little crowded but come on what do you expect for the weekend ? like really ? Staff was amazing and truth is they do watch for the kids not only that but you can go in your self as a parent with no charge to help your child and watch your own child this goes for the people that actually watch their kids and don't just sit back behind the walls I'll be coming back for sure you want fun this is the place to come for your kids,

So many small children who are not tumpling or doing anything other than rolling around on the landing mats. Honestly impossible to tumble. Spent money to get in and was not able to practice. When I talked to staff i was told "sorry. Sometimes we get busy"
I wont be back. And if you are remotely serious about cheer or gymnastics you are better off going anywhere else.

Courtney the receptionist was an awesome person to welcome us into the gym. She made our experience 10x better! 10/10 would return.

Google would not allow me to leave less than 1 star. We arrived for my daughters party to chaos. No info at the desk, she handed me a clipboard and asked me to sign it. While signing a child came up to the desk with a random parent saying this child got hurt on the floor. The girl at the desk said okay well there should be coaches out there and turned back around. She took the clipboard said you're in the space room. And that was it. No guidance on what to do next, no guidance on where the space room was...nothing. The kids went out to the floor and started jumping. Over an hour later I asked the front desk when we go to the party room she said she would find out. I went to take pics of my daughter almost a full hour later we had to ask again she said "oh in 2 minutes." We go to the party room about 5 to 10 minutes later a girl comes in and I asked do we have a host or...? She said I think he went home early!!!! No guidance, no procedure walk through, no host. This party was terrible. To boot I posted a review to their website that they selected not to post and I never received a follow up email or call. I called again today. I paid for a party. That is NOT what I got! Save your time and money! UPDATE: I received a call back from the girl at the front desk. She wanted to know what I needed a manager for. It has been 1 week still no contact from a manager.

We had a party here for our 6 year old and were not told we would not be in the main gym. The time was not enough for the price. 1 hour and 1/2 for $139 before gratuity is outrageous. Then we were met with scowls from the next party chomping at the bit to get in the door. I would not do a party here again unless it was two hour for the $139 and/access to the main gym. The coach was helpful but no energy to really work with the kids.

My daughter loves this place. The teachers are all quite attentive and spend time with all the kids. They work really hard and are good at what they do, even with kids of all ages.

One of the things that I like is that in contrast to when I was a kid, I was scared to go to the gym, here I watch my child and the teachers are patient and friendly and don't promote an atmosphere that makes them afraid like I was.

Kids had a great time! It's not as fancy as some of the other trampoline parks. But great if your kids are interested in gymnastics... prices are comparable as well.

This place killed my vibe tonight!!! Come on!!! I am a tumbler with 20+ years experience, came in having a great day, and noticed a major safety hazard with their foam pit. It *needs* to be fixed. I had *two staff members* try to tell me it was safe to have a slack line hidden 2 feet deep into the foam pit directly in the landing area in front of the tumble track.

It's a serious hazard. The second you miss some foam blocks on your way in, you're literally landing on a freaking taut slack line 2 feet deep, coming into the foam pit from a height of maybe 8-10 feet, expecting soft foam. Can someone say "broken ankle"? How about "broken back"?

Rule of thumb: Support structures should never be that shallow, and should never be in in a landing area. (Duh!)

I've been to tons of gyms over the course of my life, have coached at many places (including Camp Woodward), and never has there ever been any kind of taut structure that shallow in a landing area. I mean yeah you might hit the net, or whatever *surface area* is holding the blocks 4 feet deep and need to add foam, but something thin and solid you can stand on hidden in the foam? No.

This is a no-brainer, guys! Come on. Not only that, but the girl at the front desk gave me a nasty attitude when I tried to bring it up.

I'm not gonna risk getting injured here. I don't know if there are any more "hidden treasures" like this, so to speak.

And for that matter... if someone ever brings up a safety concern, it's Your gym, Your responsibility, Your fault!!! Come on!!! Y'all need to step it up on the customer service end and take ownership when people bring up concerns.

I wish I could bring myself to come back, I was legitimately so excited about this place. But I'm not gonna risk getting injured because of an owner who doesn't seem to give off a good vibe or care too much about the facility, or any feedback about safety for that matter.

Disappointed, and genuinely sad today. I was really excited about this place. What the hell guys

Had a birthday party here. There were so many kids in the gym area that the 1 person per trampoline rule was not being followed. Seems parties were overbooked. An hour would have been good jump time instead of 1 hour 45 minutes. An hour jump and hour in the party room seems better. I feel I overpaid for party when their were so many kids in the place.

We have been to Trampoline World several times over the past few years. We have hosted bdays and attended other bdays, as well as random visits. Its always a great time. Staff is attentive and polite. During the bday parties they checked in a lot and offered to help with clean up. They give the birthday guest a couple of free passes as well. We run around with the kids, jump on the trampolines, jump into the foam pit. It is so much fun. Great place for family fun.

Way cheaper compared to skyzone and other places, which is surprising because of how many more great features it has than skyzone. Monthly passes are also not that expensive if you go on the regular. Some great features are a large foam bit (both by the euro trampolines and super trampolines) , 2 large training trampolines in the back of the facility, a tricking floor , a tumble track , a spring floor plus many more great features. (Be warned however that the training trampolines in the back next to the Trampoline wall are for more experienced jumpers, so if you have not jumped on an extremely bouncy trampoline before, please take it slowly to avoid injury.) Otherwise I have no cons about it , especially since I go every Friday to train and get better at flips. Great place to go ! Check it out!

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here on a Sunday. The staff was amazing, everyone had fun and we all felt like safety was taken seriously. We recommend this business for both adults and children.

Thank you so much for a wonderful day

I always enjoy the environment, this place offers great excersice for really low cost. The coaches and employees are excellent with customers.

The variety of trampolines for all ages is good. However, the multiple times I have had a birthday party for my children, the foam blocks in all the foam pits, both upstairs and downstairs, are beginning to stink more each time. This is some what unsanitary in my opinion. Person after person depositing their sweat and body odor on the foam blocks is an issue. Id like to see some money re-invested into the business in cleaning and sanitizing the foam blocks, if they wont be totally replaced. I doubt the foam blocks have ever been replaced as long as this business has been open.

VERY VERY cool place. For kids, or even adults. Bring your kid and party here for birthdays. Just an awsome host and place for parties.

My girl had her 10th birthday at Trampoline World!. Even the teenagers we invited had a fantastic time! Friendly staff at front desk and our birthday host, Julia, was energetic, friendly and very attentive! The party room was great to have also. Plenty of room for everyone!
