This place is so pretty, great location and the facility is so lovely. However, it just seems like the help there is never hardly any good.
We were not greeted when walking in and after standing around for a moment, I walked up to someone at the front desk and said hello.
The tubs were very bathwater at 94 degrees, and its winter season now so it felt a bit chilly. I can understand it might be difficult to heat the water up to compete with the cold - however, when we asked a staff member, about it, he told us that it takes a few hours to heat up and it just needs to be turned up. It was 8pm at this time, and if that was in fact the issue, then why weren't the tubs turned up when they opened?
Some of the decorative lights were not turned on, a heat tower was not turned on, the mineral water tanks were empty and needed tilting to fill up a cup, and the plastic bubble covers were not being placed on top of the tubs to retain heat when not in use.
I still like this place because there isn't another place quite like it, however, the staff here just seems not well trained or a bit helpless when it comes to making this place run smoothly and giving the customers a real spa experience. And frankly, at their reduced hours and increasing prices ($25 per person for 2 hours), its becoming less and less easier to enjoy.
