I became a member in 2015. Initially the services were fine. In 2016, the dues were increased. However, the locker room is highly outdated, and so are the facilities. I think in 2 years time I only saw a few treadmills replaced, when there was a lot of other equipment that did not work properly. My bigger complaint however, is with their membership and billing offices. I cancelled my membership in May. I had a severe back injury that took me out of work. I communicated this via email and they still continued to bill me. I did not pay the bills as I figured it was an error on their part. Then they started sending letters every week and threatening collections. I sent them a certified letter since I assumed that they perhaps had not received my cancellation, or that there was a mixup in their office. They still have entirely failed to resolve the issue and have sent a $500 bill to collections. I could not be more frustrated or disappointed. Honestly after this experience, I will never recommend them, and when I am healed, I will never join a gym ever again. As someone who has had a gym membership steadily at one place or another for 20 years, this has by far been the worst customer experience. To anyone considering this place, I'd suggest investing some money in your own equipment at home. Their dues are not worth the hassle or the outdated facility.
