This club is extremely outdated and not worth the monthly cost. The facilities are neglected and the overall vibe is depressing- my advice is to find a different gym.

I have been a member for over a year here. While the building is dated you cannot discount the insanely talented instructors, staff and wonderful group fitness classes. I use the child care with 2 very small children and my kids cry every day we are unable to make it in as they love Trudy and Pat in kids club so much. When we belonged at lifetime the childcare was often 3 people for over 30 kids including infants....and left my children terrified. What I have learned in life is that people make or break an experience. Take a class with Ashley, Dawn or Tori and you will not be disappointed!

Been a member for awhile, usually go to the Monaco one but brought the kids to the pool here today. Nice clean facility, nice people and all the amenities. Locker room was nice, nice indoor tennis courts, big indoor and outdoor pool, plus basketball, nice club!

Visited on business and wanted somewhere not as crowded as Lifetime... Was pleasantly surprised by the cheerful greeting despite my being from out of town and not interested in a membership. Huge place with every activity available. Weights and machines, basketball, tennis, cardio, sauna, steam room, whirlpool. Very impressed

Honestly it's not worth $100+ per month but it's a decent place to lift. They've been missing their 110LB dumbbell for sometime. Wanted to curl it. Weight room smells like a laundromat.

I was a member for a few years and left after they fired my trainer - their number one trainer in terms of clients, revenue and training sessions. They fired a father of two young children and one of the best people I know just before Christmas. He was the only reason I put up with the facility. It was (and presumably still is) old. Water routinely flooded the lower weight room. The management was based in Japan. To say their management was terrible is a huge understatement. Hell, it took months to straighten out my last bill. There are dozens of nearby good gyms with better facilities and management - go to them. The only exercise you should consider from CAC Inverness is running away from them.

Nice place. I noticed most of the low star reviews were from people who look like they complain a lot in general. Take them with salt and just go check the place out yourself.

I became a member in 2015. Initially the services were fine. In 2016, the dues were increased. However, the locker room is highly outdated, and so are the facilities. I think in 2 years time I only saw a few treadmills replaced, when there was a lot of other equipment that did not work properly. My bigger complaint however, is with their membership and billing offices. I cancelled my membership in May. I had a severe back injury that took me out of work. I communicated this via email and they still continued to bill me. I did not pay the bills as I figured it was an error on their part. Then they started sending letters every week and threatening collections. I sent them a certified letter since I assumed that they perhaps had not received my cancellation, or that there was a mixup in their office. They still have entirely failed to resolve the issue and have sent a $500 bill to collections. I could not be more frustrated or disappointed. Honestly after this experience, I will never recommend them, and when I am healed, I will never join a gym ever again. As someone who has had a gym membership steadily at one place or another for 20 years, this has by far been the worst customer experience. To anyone considering this place, I'd suggest investing some money in your own equipment at home. Their dues are not worth the hassle or the outdated facility.

Terrible place. Everything is old in this facility. Not enough Tennis leagues and poorly run. Complete disappointment. Their member policy and cancellation rules are shady and set up so that nothing can take effect until the 1st of the next month. I suspended my account because it was so bad. When I went back to finally cancel it they told me that I needed to pay an additional month just to cancel my account. Horrible....

This is a horrible place! They lie to people before they sign on a membership , give them gifts and than you are bound for a year without anybody care for you or even talking to you! you want your money to go down the drain? then sign. be careful what you sign - they care only about signing you, not about their members!

I have been a member for 4 years and love it. The tennis program is amazing and gives good technique and instruction. The workout gym is clean and the trainors are good. Also they offer free workout . classes that push you to the limit. i love the club it is clean and modern.
