I have been a client at Functional Strength for about 10 years - I love coming, being greeted as I walk thru the door, and enjoying a great workout. the instructors are attentive, and make sure that the positions are done correctly, and that you get the best out of your hour workout as you can!
I had my first pilates experience in this studio and I loved it. I took classes from a few teachers on different occasions and they were all amazing. They truly care and make sure that you do the exercises right. After a few classes that felt like a beginner level pilates exercises I had slightly sore muscles the next day. My back doesn't bother me at all when I do pilates on regular basis.
Desiree, Eva, Tiffany (she was my first teacher but she moved to a different state) are truly the best!

Classical Pilates at it's finest!!! Functional Strength Pilates, is so above any other studio I have practiced at, every instructor is outstanding, so many times and classes to choose from, I look forward to going as often as I can!!
