I just did an intro to aerial yoga class with Dylan. He was a very good instructor - detailed instruction with patience and a sense of humor. Can't wait to try my next class!

It's a new aerial yoga studio near DTC area. Kaits is fun and great instructor. I enjoyed it a lot.

I really like this new studio. I definitely feel like it's a hidden gem. Amazing variety of classes at different times of the day. I love the fact the have classes during lunch, it is so convinient! Also love that their hour yoga heated classes are heated at 90 degrees, this is a perfect temperature that doesn't feel overwhelming. Most of the instructors i encountered were really helpful and genuinely there to help. Keep doing what you doing! I will be signing up for monthly membership :)

My new favorite studio! Few are like home each time I take a class. The studio is very clean and cozy. The teachers are kind and truly care about each person who walks through the door.

I love Tava Yoga!! The have great teachers and the studio has such Great variety of classes and styles of yoga! I highly recommend it!

Tava was a breath of fresh air! Leslie was the instructor for a hot yoga class I took and man does she push you to reach your capacity! Great instruction! The Ariel Yoga was some different, fun and I am definitely going back!
