After a car accident years ago, i was left with some permanent nerve damage that created ongoing issues and the care i receive at Park Meadows Center for Movement (Pilates and Physical Therapy) kept me out of surgery and goes far beyond the expectations of my Neurologist, Neck Specialist and often myself. Exceptional!
My husband had a bad fall on ice that injured his lower back. Doctors wanted him to take painkillers and other common therapies and nothing worked permanently. He was extremely fortunate to eventually be referred to myofascial release by Lorie and after only 1 treatment was pain free. He went again for the bursitis in his shoulder and then suggested I go. I am so glad I did! Getting older stinks, but not so much anymore. I've been to P.T. for treatment without lasting results. After focusing on my shoulder and next my knee in single treatments, I have my range of motion back and no longer wear a knee compression sleeve when playing tennis. I tell everyone I can about Lorie and myofascial release!
Park Meadows Pilates is a gorgeous studio with a calm, happy vibe. Classes there are taught by very good teachers who support your efforts with insight and friendliness. I have a great time in the class and feel all new at the end.
This place has some great practitioners. I've seen a few including Lindy and Jolene. I find they have a very high level of expertise and great communication skills. I've been to other PTs and it was very superficial and disjointed from one appointment to the next.
I would go back for ANY of my PT needs.

I've tried other places - this one is on a class of its own. Large reformers & all other equipment. Jolene & Lisa are awesome. They are full of knowledge & were able to help me recover from a limp.
