I had A great experience with the receptionist the few times I phoned. She gave me good information about my condition and had a therapist phone me back.
Unfortunately my sister threw her back out and I made an appointment for her for dry needling.
The therapist assessed her and at one point draped over her and needled the her hip. My sister was in excruciating pain and crying. The therapist said some people cry it's an emotional release. She then said oh you don't live her? This is just a one time visit?
She gave her some excersises which she found out later where not appropriate for low back injury.
My sister was then charged $160
I have had dry needling and so have other people I know and we have never had this kind of experience..
My sister did not want to write a review but I've been in the heath business and I think the owners should know about the inappropriate conduct.
From day one of my physical therapy, I have been treated incredibly well. The professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Andrew and Sean is evident as they have worked incredibly hard to challenge me in establishing muscle strength again and in using the proper muscle groups for ADL's.
I thought Pete was very thorough in his treatment for me and has done much for getting me back to life without pain. He pinpointed my problem right away. Consider him an above average therapist. (D)
Pete did an awesome evaluating what I thought was a very ominous problem. I would recommend to friends and family in fact I already have. He is very knowledgeable and professional.
Ann is very good at pinpointing the problem and giving direction on treatment. She was terrific with my wife and that's why I went to her when my problem flared up. I am highly recommending her.

I've been working with Pete and he's pretty bad ass! Super thorough and knowledgeable. I'm confident he''ll get me back to 100%

Sometimes can be tough to get an appointment as they book up quickly, however staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Anne quickly identified the issue and provided treatment that has already made a noticeable difference. Glad I found this office - would definitely recommend.
