The preschool gymnastics program was fairly lax. The teacher kept looking at her phone. They do offer camps and parents nights out that went well. Watch out for parking in front of the furniture place. That guy is wicked.

I think this is a great place for competitive gymnastics, but it wasn't a good fit for my older beginner. No one seemed to care if she progressed, and I couldn't get a return call to find out how we could help her progress. It was tough for her to stay in the very beginner class for almost a year despite lots of home practice. She had some fun and learned new skills but is excited to be done.

We love this gymnastisc and everyone so nice! The owner Jason always around there and help out everyone! Is really good place to start gymnastics!

Not for recreational gymnasts. My daughter wanted to learn to do cartwheels. We've been at Adrenaline for about 9 months and have had three teachers. They are mainly team gymnasts filling time between training and don't seem to be too interested in coaching--they rarely offer suggestions and spend quite a bit of their time horsing around with other instructors or watching the teams practice across the gym. My daughter could learn cartwheels at home and get as much instruction. Unless you want to pay over $70 a month for a weekly hour of lightly supervised tumbling, I'd look elsewhere. If you want to pay unlimited funds and spend unlimited time because your kid might be a future Olympian, they do have a lot of trophies on the walls.

We love Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy. My daughter currently is JO level 9. She has been training at this gym for 7 years, she is currently 12. I have 3 daughters and all of them have been a part of the AGA family. We has been Involved in the recreational program, the Xcel program, the developmental program and the Junior Olympic program. I only have amazing things to say about all this gym has to offer. Safety and love of the sport are priority for all the coaches, regardless of the level or ability of the gymnast. Owner Jason Kaplan not only runs a successful business, but he is passionate about Gymnastics and ensuring that any child in his gym is practicing and learning to love Gymnastics as much as he does. I would recommend Adrenaline Gymnastics Academy.

Jason Kaplan is totally Disingenuous! He has most negative reviews removed! He is one of the best examples of why there is a 'silent epidemic' of abuse in Gymnastics! He doesn't care about the safety of the children! If you leave the team even when it's because of abuse which he won't do anything about, he will get vengeance on the child who left to make an example of them! He has had a reputation of this for years and people are scared! NO more silence!

From day one my daughter loved the gym. The coaches are highly engaged and more importantly the team dynamic they encourage helps motivate the team.

I went to this gymnastics for 1 year!!!! Its AMAZING. the coaches are AMAZING. The gymnasts are AMAZING. The are so encouraging. I love Christi, Lisa and Aaron. I went to 5280 and i was level 5. I went to Adrenaline and I learn giants in 1 month... on the high bars! I LOVE this gym. if i could... i would come back... i would LOVE to.

Adrenaline is a great place to train. You get the family atmosphere here plus top notch training for your gymnast. I highly recommend Adrenaline!

We have been involved in the USAG competitive team for about 2 years and my other children have participated in recreational classes in years past. Jason and Kim, the owners of Adrenaline, are amazing and they take a personal interest in getting to know the kids as well as the parents. When I have questions or concerns, they are always available to answer them. They run a tight ship - where the athletics are taken quite seriously. They don't play favorites with the kids and they focus intensely on safety. Lastly, I would point out that they work the kids harder than at other gyms (my child spends about 40% more time at Adrenaline than similar programs at other gyms), so it is not a program for kids that aren't 100% committed. As a parent, I appreciate that because it wouldn't make sense to pay for a program that isn't going to maximize the child's talents and efforts. Because of this, the kids in their program routinely place in the top ranks - in all levels. I highly recommend this gym if you and your child are committed to a highly competitive program.

The staff is not friendly and the turnover seems high. We pulled our daughter out and are much happier a a different gym.
