I have been training with Chuck at Inform Fitness for nearly 4 years. I love that the training time is private, the location is convenient and I'm in and out in 30 mins. Chuck is very personable as well, this is not your "macho-beastin' it" kind of PT; this is a workout you can do for life, at any age. The one on one, 30-min sessions improve muscle and bone density quickly using your PRs. I feel great after our workouts and it's an awesome compliment to my yoga practice. I wouldn't change a thing!

Inform fitness is a private weight lifting gym Where you get 1 on 1 training. The hi tech medex equipment maintains the same amount of resistance throughout each rep for maximum resistance.
The heavy weight and super slow movement allow you to utilize more muscle fiber recruitment giving you an intense workout in a much shorter amount of time without injury.
I've gotten better results in less time than with any other weight training I've done!
It's the best workout in town!

Working out with Chuck has been a fantastic experience. I am a busy Mom of 2 young children, as well as work part-time with our small business at home. Making time to exercise is limited, so this type of work out is ideal for very busy people, as well as it has helped me heal quicker with a leg injury I have had for several months. Chuck is very passionate about this program and his business and what this type of individual training can provide everyone! Everyone needs to try this type of exercise/lifestyle routine, you will get the results you are looking for!

I have been working out with Chuck since February, and the results have been nothing sort of amazing. As a busy mom running my own business, one of the things that quickly fell by the wayside was my gym time, and therefore my physical fitness. With InForm and Chuck, I can stop in the studio in between meetings (in my work clothes!), work out in 20 minutes and be on my way. I am sleeping better, I feel better, and I notice how much fitter I am when I'm running around with my kids. I would highly recommend Chuck and the InForm workouts to anyone! You will be amazed by the results.

I love working with Chuck. The philosophy at Inform Fitness works so well with my life. I am 58 and staying healthy is one of my top priorities. Chuck helps with this in a way that no other trainer has ever been able to provide for me. At just 30 minutes a week I feel better, move better and have more energy. I have been aggressive with diet changes in the past year, taking out gluten and sugars, but this last piece with the power of ten workouts has made a significant difference. I would highly recommend Chuck to anyone and everyone and I do all the time!!

I usually only stick with workout routines for four months or so before getting bored and frustrated. InForm Fitness and Chuck have changed that. My wife and I have been going consistently since March and couldn't be happier with the results.

I have tried other gyms and trainers and usually start my relationship by explaining the previous injuries I need to work around, which most trainers just note and then ignore. Chuck was exactly the opposite. When I told Chuck I suffer from leg cramps in my calves he not only noted it, but focused on that for the first few sessions. My cramps are gone and my legs are stronger than ever.

I should also note that I travel quite a bit for work, which makes scheduling a traditional workout very difficult. Chuck's program has been the easiest ever to fit into my week. I can't say enough positive things about the workout, the attention given to each client, and the results.

My initial skepticism about the workout has been replaced by enthusiastic excitement about the results. I came in with joint pain and now have none. The workout fits into my busy schedule, and my energy level is so much better that now I look forward to getting more done every day. Chuck is an awesome coach and the workout he teaches is better than any workout regimens I tried before. Patience is the key to success. Very highly recommended, especially for people with busy schedules trying to achieve specific fitness goals.
