Here is my direct experience with this business: I was a member for three years. I received an email from 9Round asking for "feedback." I replied to the email with my concern about the lack of toilet paper, security cameras only pointing at us working out, and understaffing. The owner suspended my membership via Facebook messages. I mailed a letter to him in response and have never heard anything back from him, which has been over a month. This business action speaks volumes to me by not saying anything at all. Based on my experience, I'm taking my fitness dollars elsewhere. If I could give this zero stars, I would, but Google requires at least one.
